We bought an SE400 last December (part of the Christmas presents), then spent three months out of the country and installed it only a month or so ago. Changed our life! The comfort of the water and air cycle, the many options, the night time light, We love it and recommend it to all our friends.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago in the midst of the toilet paper panic. I had thought about buying one for a while, but the TP hoarding is what put me over the edge to purchase. I'm glad I finally did, and only wish I did it earlier. I used to use wet wipes, but knew they were not great for my septic system. With this seat I fell cleaner without the debris. It took a little getting used to and had to get past the urge to shout, "Bullseye!" every time it started, but I really enjoy it. I think if I purchase another one for out other toilets I may splurge and get one with an unending supply of hot water, but then my wife might really get mad at me for staying on the "throne" too long. One of the better purchases I've made in a long time.

This is my 1st time buying a bidet and I am super happy with this purchase! Easy installation, videos helped make set up super simple. The features of this bidet are plentiful...heated seat, warm water options, led light, dry setting and adjustable pressures. For anyone interested, this is an amazing choice!

We had our SE400 for just over a year before the water stopped spraying. Did the standard troubleshooting and nothing worked. I reached out for support and was told the toilet seat had to be shipped to California for service. Shipping and return at my expense because they can’t generate international labels. This applies to in or out of warranty products according to the cs agent that responded. Most people will gt years of enjoyment out of it, but if you live in Canada where this product is also sold and need service, be prepared. Word to the wise, keep the original toilet seat around so that it can be reinstalled while the Brondell is being repaired.

In India, they call it the "healthy way" -- having a sprayer-hose plumbed into the wall next to the toilet so that paper isn't necessary. (A good thing when the country has more than 1 billion people). After visiting India, I seriously considered it -- but what a huge expense and hassle. In Europe and other Western countries, the bidet was a completely separate unit -- even a bigger hassle and an issue of having enough space. Still, I yearned for a similar 'healthy way' in the U. S. So I was more than delighted when I saw the reviews on Wired for bidets that are like toilet seats! Wow! Reasonably priced, easily installed (so that my husband w/ no plumbing skills) could set it up, and Voila! The Healthy Way, right in my home. I opted for the model with heated seat (a lovely luxury) and night light (not something I don't really use). The electrical cord is 3' -- just the right length to plug into a nearby outlet and all the controls are right on the side of the bowl. (I didn't opt for the remote which I figure was just an extra thing to keep track of.) So I'm a very happy and healthy camper. No problems at all -- other than a bit of water sprayed on the floor but that was an install issue, easily adjusted. The thought of a wipe without a wash is something I now find repellant. The Brondell bidet is perfect! I've already convinced two friends that this is the way to go. (I should add that with elderly people who might bath less frequently bc of dry skin or whatever, this is a necessity.)

I just installed this today 3/31/2020 to replace an older bidet. Features work very well as advertised. I am very happy with that. The Install was easy. The only thing I'm disappointed in is the replacement hose and T connector are plastic. The old ones were braided hose and metal T connector but different connections so I couldn't use them. If they hold up well then no problem. But we'll see in time. Once I got an Email that it shipped I received it the next day. But it did take 2 weeks to ship due to high demand.

I have put in a fair number of bidets (we have them in all our bathrooms, and now friends' bathrooms) - going back to the early Washlets (they were essential during Covid). This SE400 was by far the EASIEST to install (took 5 minutes if that) and the features are unbeatable at this price range. We've got 3 other Swash's (soon to add a 4th when we upgrade our guest bath) and I guess you could say I'm a dedicated Brondell customer!!

Great.... Should be prescribed by all back surgeons.

This is our 2nd Brondell bidet. We liked the 1st one so much that we wanted one in each bathroom!

Installed about 2 weeks ago and am enjoying it very much.
