We buy these sirloins every week. They are great cooked on the grill. Very lean yet full of flavor.

These are reasonably priced with just the right amount of marbeling for a good piece of steak.

Do not recommend this prime sirloin. It was too tough for grilling. I ended putting it in the slow cooker for six hours

This was supposedly a prime cut, but I found it to be particularly tough with extra grizzle and fat. I won't be buying this again.
