Very tender sirloins. We had for Christmas dinner. Very lean.

Nice selection of meats

Thought the meat was VERY tough and chewy. This was the first and last time I purchased steak at Sam's Club.

This was supposedly a prime cut, but I found it to be particularly tough with extra grizzle and fat. I won't be buying this again.
