I was skeptical getting my husband’s protein for his lunches from Sam’s. I can report the quality was outstanding in comparison to our local meat market. I do look at the packages just like you would any other meat purchase. I try to get the freshest. We’ve also cooked it a variety of ways from grilled on charcoal, slow on a gas grill, and air fryer. It’s all been tender without marinade. I encourage you to try it.

Just okay. Lots of tough fat and silver skin on the outside edges that needed removed. No marbeling through the meat. Not very tender for what was labeled prime beef. The package I purchased may have been mislabeled.

When I opened this package of steaks and turned them over one had a very large fat portion that was completely hidden when I bought the package of steaks. This is a deceptive and unacceptable packaging practice. I expect better from Sam's Club

The meat looked good and I was hoping it would taste as good as it looked. The meat turned out to be pretty tough and I cooked it to a medium rare so it wasn't over cooked. I was disappointed but I guess I will get over it. I'll think twice before I buy again.

A "prime" grade meat implies superior marbling and tenderness, not tough ligaments. Tire paying prime prices for gristle.

I ended up getting a refund. So that’s a win for me. But I’m pregnant and trying to prepare these steaks and was disgusted with how the meat looks. Such a difference in the 2 meats. What happened? I probably wouldn’t be so grossed out had I not been pregnant, but the immediate sight and thought of rotten meat literally made me throw up.

Beef Top sirloin meat tray’s with a lot of residual fat, it supposed to be prime meat

Bland flavor and so tough. Usually sirloin is so good but this pack was not good at all. There was too much connective tissue. Horrible.

Only bought because it was supposed to be prime cut and it was horrible! Tough i will never buy them or spare ribs there again.. i waste of my hard earned money as well as my membership we should be saving money on meat. Ill go to save alot i know it edible.
