Good quality and good price

Steak was absolutely delicious! I marinated it overnight and cooked it on a charcoal grill and it was so tender, it almost melted in your mouth!

We prefer to buy our beef from Sam's Club, nicer cuts than the local grocery stores.

DIDN'T SEE ANY REASON FOR THE PRIME DESIGNATION, THE MEAT WAS NO MORE FLAVORFULL THAN OTHER LESSER GRADES, AND WAS KIND OF TOUGH.

Do not recommend this prime sirloin. It was too tough for grilling. I ended putting it in the slow cooker for six hours
