Tough

I'm so happy Sams Club has PRIME beef now! These Sirloin Steaks are as tender and tasty as the USDA Choice tenderloin. Trimmed nicely to have only a bit of fat on the outside but even then the fat is good. Well done Sams!!

Haven't cooked it yet, but I saw a comment someone said 3 steaks are good they hide the 4th under the label because it's a terrible cut well that is 100% true!

In the photo these looked like nice steaks. Fairly thick. In reality, these were super thin and very very tough. Guess I pick my own meat from now on.

The beef was so tender and didn’t require much cooking time. I prepared it on the stove instead of the oven or grill. My family enjoyed it and I would purchase again.

Do not buy. The meat is not Prime as it graded by USDA. It was tough and chew, no flavor at all. Walmart or Sam’s monopoly conglomerate can pay enough money or contributions to USDA to get Prime grade. Scam!!!

My husband said only buy usda steak so when I saw this at sams club I thought that this should be good. It was so tough that my husband threw away half of his steak. I chewed thru mine but it was tough.

i didn’t receive what i ordered. all the cuts were different size and i thought i was getting 40$ worth of meat but ended up only 15$ worth so kinda ruined the barbecue idea for multiple people

Two of the steaks had grizzle through out them. Not marbling, but unchewable grizzle. Very disappointing to myself as well as guest. Usually I can count on Sam’s for top grade meat cuts. This should have been cut up for stew meat.

These steaks have always been so good but the recent 4 pack I bought 2 days ago were horrible. Lots of fat, griddle and I bit down on 2 small pieces of bone.
