[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an absolutely beautiful cleaning machine that is as quiet as it is strong at cleaning. I highly recommend this for not only its looks but its functionality! I am really impressed with how well it cleans dishes on all three racks regardless of the size of the dishes loaded into it. The auto open door function is an added treat that not only signals when the dishes are clean, but help to air dry the contents and reduce the chance for mildew. It was a breeze to install, in fact, it took more time and energy to uninstall the old unit than put in the new one. We are still playing around with the unit and discovering all of the features like the smart sense app integration. If you are not techno-savy it works beautifully independently as a plain old dishwasher with intuitive button controls. This unit is well worth the investment in my opinion and having a 12 year old Samsung refrigerator, their quality has only gotten better over the years. The stainless steel finish matches our other ss appliances in the kitchen even though our microwave and range are from another manufacturer. There is no gold hue to the nice white steel that you get with other brands that use cheaper stainless. Put simply, I am thrilled with our purchase and feel that Samsung has hit this one out of the park.

My Samsung washes so well on any of the different cycles available. The stormwash feature is incredible! It blasts food off of my dishes like magic. I love the drying capability of this unit, and it fascinates me how the door opens at the end of the cycle. When all finished the dishwasher sings an adorable tune that reminds me of video games and ice cream trucks! It is definitely my new favorite appliance and I can’t wait to share more photos. This thing is super duper quiet and that makes me really, really happy. I highly recommend it and another thought, this black stainless steel is just beautiful. I can’t wait to upgrade other kitchen appliances to match!!!! To match how beautiful it is but also the quality. Get one!

Cleans effectively and was very quiet. Love that the door opens automatically when finished. Everything dries without spots!

I purchased my Samsung dishwasher five years ago. Had a brand new kitchen only appliances and had to replace it because the tub rusted out. Do not buy Samsung does not stand behind your products. The right thing to do is to replace the tub at their expense a tub should not be rusted out in five years when the dishwasher was hardly used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung Auto Release Dishwasher. It cleans my dishes and is whisper quiet. I always go with Samsung products and didn't go wrong with this choice. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Although this dishwasher does a great job of cleaning, it just isn't practical. I have average size dishes but the racks cannot be raised or lowered enough to accomodate tall glasses or plates. If I raise the rack to fit my plates then my glasses don't fit. On top of that the power cord doesn't fit into the outlet that also houses the garbage disposal. So I have to plug/unplug my garbage disposal every time I use it. The top rack is just not that useful.

It doesn't clean well. It doesn't dry well. It leaves spots despite the rinse aid. The service man says it doesn't have a heater so it's not going to dry well. It was a nightmare getting a service man to come out! On the plus side, it looks nice and is very quiet.

After 5 years waterwall quit working. Pots and pans on lower rack were not getting cleaned. 3 months after 5 years warranty ran out. After I had to replace high end Samsung washer and dryer a few months ago and now this. I will be going with another highly recommended brand. Phones are great appliances not so much.

The door will not stay down all the way unless there is weight on it, which is highly annoying. Some of the Fold down pieces in the racks fold down a little too easily.
