[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Samsung dishwasher with power wash. Its quiet and my dishes come out super clean every time. It has all the different wash modes to cover any wash scenario you need. also energy star rated so able to use anytime of day and not worry about the cost. It also releases the door at cycle end to help with drying and cooling of the dishes and machine which i like because you know the cycle is done when the door pops open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is whisper quiet, you can barely hear it’s running. The design is very clean and uses just a few exterior lights to show the status. The sanitize and dry assist features are our favorite! We’ve never had any issues with cleaning or backups. It is adjustable to accommodate taller plates; and with the top rack there is some adjustment needed from time to time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn’t be happier. Dishwasher is almost silent, and dishes come out clean, dry, and streak free. Not completely sold on the adjustable height for the middle rack - seems like if lowered to accommodate wine glasses it is too low for large plates in the bottom, but the flexibility is nice. I liked the Bosch I had previously, but drying was an issue for that one.

I can fit larger utensils and odd-sized bowls easily without playing Tetris. • Noise Level: It is incredibly quiet. If you have an open-concept home or spend a lot of time in the kitchen, you’ll appreciate not having to turn up the TV or shout over the cycle. • Efficiency: It uses less water/energy but doesn't sacrifice cleaning power. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, silent workhorse.

However, I've noticed it doesn't quite get everything sparkling clean like my old one did. Despite that one little drawback, I'm still pretty happy with the purchase overall. It's a solid appliance with some great features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher works great! Clean aesthetic. If I use a cheaper end soap and quick clean sometimes some dishes are not fully clean. I really like the tray at the top for cleaning small parts for baby Bottles and pump parts. Very quiet and really enjoy the connection with the Samsung app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works great but the door doesn’t open completely or lay flat when loading. This makes it awkward to get dishes on the bottom rack into and out of the dishwasher. We had a service person in to check it out and he told us that was normal. No it isn’t. We’ve had many dishwashers including other Samsungs and this has never happened. I wouldn’t recommend it if this is ‘normal’ for this brand.

Dishwasher cleans well and is exceptionally quiet. However, there is a massive design flaw where the vent fan cover will fall off and cause leakage into the bottom of the dishwasher. This will cause the appliance to not work until ALL condensation is removed from the bottom. You either have to wait for it to dry on its own (days) or remove it from your counter, flip it on its side, remove the bottom cover and dry it manually. The cover can fall off on its own or if a loaded item rotates it 45 degrees.

The rectangular Smart Dry duct cover is located next to the silverware basket. The problem is that the cover can be easily dislocated when a utensil in the basket catches onto the edge of the cover as the bottom dishrack is pulled out. When the cover gets dislocated, a water leaks occurs and causes an LC error code. Hopefully this feedback will lead Samsung to improve the duct cover design or change the duct location. In the meantime, I do not recommend buying a Samsung dishwasher with the Smart Dry system.
