I have had this dishwasher 1 1/2 years and already there is a crack in the top of the door and it is starting to separate. It is only me here and I use this only a few times a week when hosting dinners for guests so I wouldnt expect to see this already. It is very poor quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is great with cleaning hard to cleans dishes. It has cleaned dishes that works never have come clean with my previous dishwasher. The pop out door feature is nice so that plastic cups and plates do not melt when drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is QUIET. Bottom line, no noise. Big fan of the door opening when the cycle is complete. Dishes dry out while warm so even less chance of spots and lets us put the dishes away faster. And it has the app to let me know when the cycle is done. I replaced a Bosch machine with this one and it was a significant upgrade.

Our Samsung dishwasher began leaking exactly one year after purchase. Samsung sent a service company that was completely ineffective; the technician ignored our input and replaced a pump that was working perfectly. Two days later, our kitchen was flooded again. When Samsung sent the same technician back weeks later, he refused to take responsibility, instead blaming our floor level and the way we load dishes. This has been a nightmare for our home. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Samsung appliances and their 'factory service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Dishwasher, very quiet, sometimes unsure if it's on or off. Dishes come out clean and dry. The only complaint is that the bottom rack slides off the tracks when fully extended. Requires some manipulation to get it to go back in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the things I really like: 1. It's ultra quiet. We can't even tell it's on, it's so quiet. 2. Cleaning, so far, has been wonderful. Better than any previous dishwasher I've owned (and there have been many). 3. Everything is dry. We've never experienced that before. 4. The filter doesn't need cleaning daily. Things I'm not crazy about: 1. The door doesn't stay fully open in the loading position, so I need 2 hands to load (one to hold the bottom rack in position and one to grab dishes from the sink. The gasket below the door is stiff. I already had the installer come back and he says it's just the way it is. I've never seen this before. 2. The utensil basket doesn't fit my knives. I just need to get used to putting them in the 3rd rack instead. We've already broken the utensil basket because a knife got stuck in it and the top part of the basket broke off. I'm still getting used to this dishwasher as it's only been about 1.5 weeks but all in all I'm pretty satisfied with it and happy with my purchase. It was the final appliance I needed to have all Samsung appliances, so when my previous dishwasher died after only 5 years, I'm glad I picked this particular model.

The (small) front display lights are a nice touch to see what part of the cycle is running, and the SmartThings app can show you the exact time remaining. The extra top rack for utensils is also very nice to use.
