My last one had broken and when the opportunity to try a new Samsung one came up I was very excited. In comparison, this one is very quiet even on the most powerful settings. My last one could be heard from the other side of my house. This one also is very powerful. It cleans my cat bowls as if they were brand new and leaves no smells behind. The feature of leaving the door open upon completion has been great to not leave water on anything and to really assist with drying. It has a ton of space and is very versatile in being able to rearrange things as needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a new dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a huge upgrade from our previous builder-grade Whirlpool dishwasher for many reasons. First off, the fingerprint-resistant finish should hold up much better than the stainless steel finish. The old dishwasher's finish was corroding and could no longer be cleaned to look nice. This dishwasher is much quieter, and dries the dishes so much better. The washing cycles seem to take longer than the Whirlpool, but that may just be the way newer dishwashers are. The only thing I miss is the utensil basket in the door. It was easier to just open the door a crack and drop a spoon in there. The upside with this one is the third rack for utensils, though it isn't tall enough to allow for very big serving utensils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s stainless yet magnetic. Silent yet has lights so we don’t open it while it’s running! Dishes come out nearly perfect. This replaced a very loud plastic tub/door model and it performed flawlessly. Easy to add via smart things app. Storm wash is great. Filter is simple and easy to take out for cleaning. The dishwasher actually drys quite well if you use rinse aid both with or without door release. High temp dry does air gas’s off some oily smell, likely the sound deadening mats but it’s fleeting as we ad on more cycles.

However, and this may just be because it has the third rack for silverware, the middle rack is practically useless. The little plastic part that is supposed to switch the pegs back and forth, will NOT stay in place, and my bowls don't fit on that rack, nor do most of my cups and glasses. As for cleaning my dishes; this machine is the best I've had.

I generally rate my dishwasher appliances under these criterias: 1) Ease of use and durability 2) Degree of cleanliness 3) Duration of cycles Here are my responses to my criterias above. 1) Incredibly easy to use. This dishwasher has three trays as seen in the picture which allows for multiple and various different items that can be washed in one cycle. The buttons, while they are tactile, are very response and very easy to use. 2) Very clean, and better than my prior generation of a different competing brand. I think what is important is that you choose the right clean cycle, i.e. heavy cycle for a large load of dishes and regular for something lighter. 3) The regular cycle is several hours but you have the optionality for an express cleaning which is very much appreciated. I highly recommend this machine for those looking for a sleek and viable dishwasher for everyday use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had thought dishwashers were all about the same till I installed this one. This dishwasher is by far the quietest dishwasher I have owned. My old dishwasher we would wait till we went to bed at night so that while we were watching tv in our living room we would be able to hear the tv. This dishwasher you can barely hear it running when you’re in the same room. The dishes come out so much cleaner than our previous dishwasher. A lot of the time before we found ourselves pre rinsing or washing some of the dishes before we put them in. This dishwasher we put dishes covered in tomato sauce, baked on cheese and the dishes come out like new., sparkling clean. The dishes come out so dry , I think the fact that the door pops open to let the steam out and the air to circulate helps them dry and the glasses come out without spots. Since we have the Samsung fridge, range and microwave this pairs so nicely with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my 10 year old high end dishwasher that was slowly aging. The Samsung online purchase experience was easy and the delivery and haul out was great. I installed the dishwash myself and it took about longer to unpack and gather the tools than to install. We've been using it for over a month. The kids are lazy and don't rinse their plates that well, or at all, this dishwash leaves clean dishes regardless. it is super quiet and the dishes are clean and dry when I go to grab them... What else can I ask for? If this review isn't updated later then I guess you can say it's lasted.

The new samsung has the three rows in which makes this machine difficult to load bigger items such as full size dinner plates. I can’t seem to fit as much into the machine as it is not built for practical families. If my DINNER plates aren’t at an angle they stop the top rack spinning arm. It cleans well but not to practical for everyday use due to loading space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this dishwasher fits so elegantly in my recently remodeled kitchen. this is a front handle dishwasher in stainless steel and is easy to use. it is one of the quietest dishwasher i have ever used and works great. it has customizable cycle options and is very efficient to use. it has a storm wash technology and does a great job cleaning and drying dishes. the dishwasher has great capacity and helps arrange the dishes systematically. it connects to wifi and is easy to operate from the phone.

The washer is nice looking! Very quiet a little less clearance but I'm sure sure to the third shelf However the delivery company that called and confirm delivery and installation day and 4 hour time window.... Came early before the 4 hours id taken off work, dropped the item left all the trash and packing from the item and refused to come back to install the item during the hours they gave me... *They are on camera arriving and leaving before the allotted time, they gave me. I had to spend extra $60 in parts and install myself or over 200 for another company to come out.... don't expect much from RXO 👎
