This product was delivered to me on August 14, 2023; the first wash was the beginning of my dissatisfaction with this product. I would not waste your money on this dishwasher; it does not clean well. My dishes come out with food residue after every single wash; due to the hard food disposer it has. After it turns on, it sprays food particles on my dishes, it doesn't rinse off efficiently, and dries the residue onto my dishes. It also leaves a white film on my dishes. I use the platinum dishwashing detergent, as well as the platinum rinse aid, I load the dishes according to their diagram; to no avail. I had 2 different technicians come out and they confirmed that the dishwasher is running normally; which is the exact problem, it sucks. After this run-around, they told me that they would do nothing to help resolve my issue. My point is don't waste your money; choose another product to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how whisper quiet this dishwasher is! I can't even hear it over the television in the family room that's is connected to the kitchen. Now I can run the dishwasher at anytime night or day and not worry about waking anyone with the noise. All the features and wash cycles of this dishwasher are awesome. I can have it programmed to start a few hours later, I can do a small load on the lower rack without running the top rack. It has air dry instead of a coil on the bottom so I can wash any plastic without worrying about it melting. This dishwasher has a mode for washing pans with stuck on food that's pretty great just make sure you scrape off the extra food with no rinsing required. I bought the black stainless and it goes well with my black and stainless stove great! This dishwasher is super easy to use with lots of room for everything! What's really cool is there's a timer telling you when the wash cycle is complete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our SamsungSmart Dishwasher with StormWash+™ 42dBA with Smart Dry and recessed handle in Stainless Steel and we weren’t able to install it right away because of the way our old dishwasher and the flooring had been installed in our 30+ year old house. It was impossible to remove the old dishwasher without removing tile so we had to have our flooring guy come out to remove tile, install the dishwasher and replace tile. As luck would have it, the previous owners had left some of the flooring tile behind and there was just enough to replace the tile we had to remove. Our old dishwasher was made and installed in 1999 so this one is quite a difference. The 42dBA is so much quieter we can barely tell it’s on. We get notified on our phones and the TVs when the cycle is complete. We never used a rinse aid in the old dishwasher and would never had remembered to refill it if we had but this one lets us know when it’s time to refill. It also let us know it was time to run a self-clean cycle. As that’s one of the download cycles , my husband couldn’t find it on the machine itself and so he went over to our Four-Door Flex with Family Hub and looked it up and was able to download the cycle and run it from the refrigerator. Integrated appliances. We love the adjustable middle rack and have used it in both positions several times. The StormWash+ has worked well on pots with spaghetti sauce and the like. It’s easier to load than our old dishwasher and pots and pans fit better. My husband really likes the slots for flatware. All in all we are really enjoying our new Samsung dishwasher!

(GE) It is solid and doesn’t feel “cheap “ Has an adjustable top rack that I like for bulky items and it’s easy to keep clean on the outside. Installer was quick and professional and it doesn’t “wiggle “ in cabinet like the old one even though it is the same size as old dishwasher. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering buying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] one of my favorite features is the very top rack. i love being able to put my utensils up here. this dishwasher has gotten my dishes cleaner than any other dishwasher i have used. i love that i can log on to my phone and choose what settings to clean. you can also only use part of the dishwasher for smaller loads. the dishwasher notifies my phone when it is done but also pops open the door as a reminder to put away dishes. there is a power wash for the dirtier loads and it works like a charm! i would highly recommend this dishwasher!

I expected a better experience, but wow, this dishwasher is hands down the best dishwasher I’ve own so far. The finish is sleek and elegant, and perfectly matches other black stainless-steel appliances from Samsung. I love the fact that the control buttons are on top of the dishwasher and not the front, it just makes it look so much nicer than anything else. It does get fingerprints on the finish, but it’s less noticeable than other stainless-steel appliances I’ve own. One of the reason’s you buy this dishwasher is for Smart Things integration, which works great. Connecting it to Smart Things is simple and it’s nice to get notifications, especially when you can’t quite remember if you turned on the dishwasher the night before. Outside of checking the status of the dishwasher, you can make adjustments, but you need to turn on the smart control feature on first. The AutoRelease Door is awesome, it opens quietly and lets out a lot of the moister. By the time the drying cycle is done, the dishes are super dry, It’s amazing. The cleaning performance is top notch. Historically, I’ve pre-cleaning dishes since my other dishwashers haven’t been able to clean dirty dishes well. This dishwasher is able to clean those dirty dishes I would never dream of putting in my old dishwasher. I’ve tried the normal, heavy, and express options, they all seem to do a great job. For reference, I did keep the same dishwasher cleaning pod as my last dishwasher. It's also really, really quiet. My previous dishwashers were so loud, I would never turn it on during the day, I just couldn’t listen to music, have a conversation, or watch TV (Open floor plan). It’s so quiet, I often forget it’s even on when I turn it on during the day and it’s why I call it the cleaning ninja. It’s just so nice to be able to turn it on any time of the day and not have to wait until the night to run the dishwasher. The 3rd top rack is nice to get all your utensils clean, it does take more time to load the utensils on the 3rd rack, but they come out so clean. I leave a space between each utensil and I’ve never had an issue. The 2nd rack has 2 heigh settings, which allows you to either have more space for the 1st or 2nd. I’ve left it on the lower setting, giving more room on the 2nd rack. Plates on the first rack can either be set to be very vertical, but I’ve found that leaning them gives me the best results.

It has features that my previous one did not have to my delight. The third top rack for small items, the adjustable middle rack and the separators on the bottom rack that can be up or down (in sections) make life so much easier. It talks to my phone and all of my other Samsung products are Alexa/Echo attached for convenience. Can life get any easier in the kitchen!

Once it was setup and run, we started to use it. First of all, it looks great, it matches our FamilyHub Fridge, and the rest of our Samsung kitchen. Everything about it is sleek and modern. The touch buttons are easy to press and use. I am blown away by how quiet it is, just cannot believe it is running. The capacity is great, we can load everything we use after making our normal family meal for four hungry humans. I am calling all my relatives to let them know about what their next dishwasher needs to be. This Samsung Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+ with Smart Dry rocks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an absolutely beautiful cleaning machine that is as quiet as it is strong at cleaning. I highly recommend this for not only its looks but its functionality! I am really impressed with how well it cleans dishes on all three racks regardless of the size of the dishes loaded into it. The auto open door function is an added treat that not only signals when the dishes are clean, but help to air dry the contents and reduce the chance for mildew. It was a breeze to install, in fact, it took more time and energy to uninstall the old unit than put in the new one. We are still playing around with the unit and discovering all of the features like the smart sense app integration. If you are not techno-savy it works beautifully independently as a plain old dishwasher with intuitive button controls. This unit is well worth the investment in my opinion and having a 12 year old Samsung refrigerator, their quality has only gotten better over the years. The stainless steel finish matches our other ss appliances in the kitchen even though our microwave and range are from another manufacturer. There is no gold hue to the nice white steel that you get with other brands that use cheaper stainless. Put simply, I am thrilled with our purchase and feel that Samsung has hit this one out of the park.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet! My family will not notice it is on, but there is a time countdown display, so you can see it's running. There are many menu options. The regular cycles are long (2 hours), but there is a 1 hour quick cycle, cleans very well, but doesn't dry everything (like the tupperware lids) using the quick cycle. With the regular cycles everything dries, which is amazing. It is very sleek and modern. The inside has options to fold down prongs and a high upper third roll out for spatchulas. I can aslo place stem wine glasses and large water bottles on top rack. Overall, it is the best dishwasher I've owned and I'm very happy with it.
