[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my 10 year old high end dishwasher that was slowly aging. The Samsung online purchase experience was easy and the delivery and haul out was great. I installed the dishwash myself and it took about longer to unpack and gather the tools than to install. We've been using it for over a month. The kids are lazy and don't rinse their plates that well, or at all, this dishwash leaves clean dishes regardless. it is super quiet and the dishes are clean and dry when I go to grab them... What else can I ask for? If this review isn't updated later then I guess you can say it's lasted.

The only minor point of contention that we have found is that there is not quite the height clearance due to the silverware shelf on top. Still quite manageable and only pointing it out so that others may need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She absolutly LOVED it! It is so quiet, and does an excelent job on everything we throw at it. And maintenence is a breeze as well! The smart home options are realy nice as well. And I personaly LOVE the drying from the side thing. Seemed wierd to me at first but being able to put plastics just about anywhere in the washer is a MAJOR plus! Love this thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher looks so great in my kitchen. The black stainless steel is sleek and elegant. The StormWash feature really gets a work out clean our dishes, but it ability to clean from so many angles means the dishes come out super clean. I love that I can run the dishwasher anytime of day and not hear it - no worries about the noise if I am working, chatting on the phone, or watching a movie. I hated finding wet dishes in my last dishwasher when I was ready to put them away, but the SmartDry with auto-release door makes such a difference on this unit. The dishes are always fully dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. It was an easy install except for the existing water line but cant fault that to Samsung. The older dishwasher had clearance underneath and the new Samsung I had to raise the feet all the way out to just clear the copper pipe. That part was horrible... Like why install a water line under the dishwasher??

The washer is nice looking! Very quiet a little less clearance but I'm sure sure to the third shelf However the delivery company that called and confirm delivery and installation day and 4 hour time window.... Came early before the 4 hours id taken off work, dropped the item left all the trash and packing from the item and refused to come back to install the item during the hours they gave me... *They are on camera arriving and leaving before the allotted time, they gave me. I had to spend extra $60 in parts and install myself or over 200 for another company to come out.... don't expect much from RXO 👎

After reading countless reviews of various models and brands I decided on the Samsung 42dba Smart dishwasher and I am so glad I did. It was competitivey priced and is unbelievably quiet. The first few times I ran it I honestly turned it off and on again mid cycle to check if it was even on! Great dishwasher!

New home purchase in July 2023 came with this dishwasher. The unit is quiet and seems to clean ok. I wish they had put an explanation of the cycles in the quick guide. In October the door leaked a large amount of water on the floor. The builder contacted Samsung and they came out within a week. They ended up replacing the whole inside of the door a few weeks later. It seems other reviewers are having the same issue. I would steer clear of this dishwasher if I were purchasing.

It is one of the quietest dishwasher I have ever used and works great. It has customizable cycle options and is very efficient to use. It has a storm wash technology and does a great job cleaning and drying dishes. The dishwasher has great capacity and helps arrange the dishes systematically. It connects to wifi and is easy to operate from the phone.
