I have had the dishwasher for 13 months. The rinse arm under the middle basket continues to fall off even after reattaching. Overall the dishwasher sucks. It does not wash completely nor does it dry completely. Most of the time the dishes come out dirty and still wet even after sitting over night. What makes it worse is the terrible customer service from Samsung. Replacing people to address concerns with robots and automation is not the way to go. It is extremely difficult to get ahold of a human being at Samsung. Once you finally reach someone, you are bounced around until someone bothers to help. No one takes responsibility and the representatives give you a number to call.

When you have an open concept, well, the noise of a "normal" dishwasher can drown out conversations in the living room or even the TV. This is a smart dishwasher that can be controlled via the Smart things’ application. The app allows you to set the washing features and send that cycle to the dishwasher. The application also allows you to monitor and cancel, pause and the end wash cycle. It is so quiet - incredibly quiet - that you have to get near to tell if it is on. A beautiful black stainless-steel fingerprint resistant smart dishwasher that is probably the quietest dishwasher that I have ever owned. There have been times where I have forgotten that the dishwasher was actually running.

Not only is the Samsung dishwasher more efficient in every way but it is super quiet. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a new dishwasher.

My Samsung washes so well on any of the different cycles available. The stormwash feature is incredible! It blasts food off of my dishes like magic. I love the drying capability of this unit, and it fascinates me how the door opens at the end of the cycle. When all finished the dishwasher sings an adorable tune that reminds me of video games and ice cream trucks! It is definitely my new favorite appliance and I can’t wait to share more photos. This thing is super duper quiet and that makes me really, really happy. I highly recommend it and another thought, this black stainless steel is just beautiful. I can’t wait to upgrade other kitchen appliances to match!!!! To match how beautiful it is but also the quality. Get one!

Turn it on and it will whisper sweet nothings to those dishes to get them clean. It is so quiet, that we have opened it while it was running, thinking it was off. The fact that I can monitor it and the Samsung fridge on the SmartThings app is also pretty cool. Highly recommended.

I began the purchase of this dishwasher on Aug 12, It was advertised on sale but was not available. It was finally delivered on September 28 and was supposed to be installed and the old one taken away. The delivery people refused to install or takeaway saying it was directly installed to the plumbing system not the garbage disposal. He said call a plumber. I did and it was attached directly to the garbage disposal. two non working dishwashers sitting in my kitchen until October 16, Many phone calls to Sam's club saying contact Samsung and Samsung saying call Sam's Club later it is Still not installed. Now the tech is saying I have to purchase an extension hose to the garbage disposal. So have no idea how the dishwasher works but the service stinks!

The StormWash feature really gets a work out clean our dishes, but it ability to clean from so many angles means the dishes come out super clean. I love that I can run the dishwasher anytime of day and not hear it - no worries about the noise if I am working, chatting on the phone, or watching a movie. I hated finding wet dishes in my last dishwasher when I was ready to put them away, but the SmartDry with auto-release door makes such a difference on this unit. The dishes are always fully dry.
