[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a much-needed update from my old dishwasher that was no longer effectively cleaning my dishes. It has so many convenient features. It is very spacious with 3 racks instead of the usual 2. The top rack is convenient for larger and longer utensils as well as smaller items. The racks are also adjustable to accommodate large dishes and/or pots and pans. It has several wash cycles and options, including a 60-minute express wash and a StormWash feature to target dishes that need more intense cleaning. It is also so quiet, I can't hear it at all when it is running. Besides my dishes coming out sparkling clean now, my favorite upgrade is the ability to connect to Samsung's SmartThings app with Wi-Fi. I get notifications on my TV when the cycle is finished and the dishwasher door also auto-releases at the end of the cycle, so no guessing on whether or not I forgot to turn it on.  Overall, I'm very pleased with this dishwasher and its efficiency. Samsung has outdone itself again with this appliance and I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't believe how beautiful this dishwasher is. The balck stainless outside, stainless steel inside look gorgeous. The unit is so quiet I'm amazed. The smart features in the Smart things app are amazing, see picture. They are actually very useful. As I walk up to bed I can simple ask Bixby or Google assistant to start the dish washer. It also shows you how much time is left on the wash, allows you to save settings and cycles. It even has a dishwasher tab counter to help order more soap tabs when needed! You can even send it schedules to self clean itself. This dishwasher is our new favorite thing in our kitchen. Everyone who comes by is always asking about it and asking to look at it inside and out. I have never had a dishwasher do that before. Also the recessed handle on the model we went with makes it more elegant and blends in better with the cabinets around it. It also is much safer for those with little ones because they won't hang on it and possibly fall. Best purchase ever we are very please with our new dishwasher.

(GE) It is solid and doesn’t feel “cheap “ Has an adjustable top rack that I like for bulky items and it’s easy to keep clean on the outside. Installer was quick and professional and it doesn’t “wiggle “ in cabinet like the old one even though it is the same size as old dishwasher. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering buying it.

Once it was setup and run, we started to use it. First of all, it looks great, it matches our FamilyHub Fridge, and the rest of our Samsung kitchen. Everything about it is sleek and modern. The touch buttons are easy to press and use. I am blown away by how quiet it is, just cannot believe it is running. The capacity is great, we can load everything we use after making our normal family meal for four hungry humans. I am calling all my relatives to let them know about what their next dishwasher needs to be. This Samsung Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+ with Smart Dry rocks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung DW80B7071US is the best dishwasher I have ever owned! It has many modes of operation, from a mode to clean the dirtiest pots and pans to an Autoclean feature, which I use the most. These can be selected from the control panel on top of the door or set via wi-fi using the Samsung Smart Things app on my phone. It alerts me when the cycle is complete with a chime and a message on my phone; how convenient. The dishes all come out clean, even the dirtiest baking pan. I particularly like to layout of the lower rack. There is plenty of room for silverware, and the supports for dishes are angled so that each one stands up straight, not leaning on the one next to it. It uses a fan instead of a heating element to dry, so there is no problem drying plastic items without them melting. Finally, it is very quiet and easy to clean as the stainless steel front is fingerprint resistant. I would recommend this model to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a huge upgrade from our previous builder-grade Whirlpool dishwasher for many reasons. First off, the fingerprint-resistant finish should hold up much better than the stainless steel finish. The old dishwasher's finish was corroding and could no longer be cleaned to look nice. This dishwasher is much quieter, and dries the dishes so much better. The washing cycles seem to take longer than the Whirlpool, but that may just be the way newer dishwashers are. The only thing I miss is the utensil basket in the door. It was easier to just open the door a crack and drop a spoon in there. The upside with this one is the third rack for utensils, though it isn't tall enough to allow for very big serving utensils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so quiet - incredibly quiet - that you have to get near to tell if it is on. I thought a dishwasher was just a dishwasher until this thing showed up. Sure, it cleans dishes. But, this looks great, fits the decor of the kitchen and runs in total stealth mode. When you have an open concept, well, the noise of a "normal" dishwasher can drown out conversations in the living room or even the TV. Not this guy. Turn it on and it will whisper sweet nothings to those dishes to get them clean. It is so quiet, that we have opened it while it was running, thinking it was off. The fact that I can monitor it and the Samsung fridge on the SmartThings app is also pretty cool. Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unless you are very good at installing dishwashers & have a newer home, I would not recommend installing yourself. Once we ended up getting this done professionally, it works perfectly. It has a multitude of settings that can be controlled with your phone as well as the device. I am so incredibly happy with this dishwasher that I wish I had gotten it a year ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well color me impressed. I read the specks and checked the settings but I can't believe how quiet this dishwasher is! I had to stand right next to it and put my ear up next to the door to even hear it running! 42 dBA is barely a whisper and this dishwasher absolutely works at that level. The setup works perfectly to, plenty of room on the lower their for large items like plates and pots, ample space for glasses and cups on the second drawer and the bonus third level for silverware gets everything clean and sparkling! I like home customizable the washes are too, I can do quick wash and get everything washed and drying in under an hour, or if I need to have a deeper clean I can run any one of the normal settings preconfigured on the top control panel. I can also connect the dishwasher to the smart things app and go crazy on the mix of options that is included there. It even alerts me on my tv when it is finished washing a load. The best feature is there is no heating element taking up a ton of space, the washer stem dries and then opens the door automatically to let the dishes air dry, no more drying off dishes as you pack them away. I would highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone looking for a silent, powerful dishwasher that just gets the job done. Well done Samsung! so glad I waited for this one!

This product was delivered to me on August 14, 2023; the first wash was the beginning of my dissatisfaction with this product. I would not waste your money on this dishwasher; it does not clean well. My dishes come out with food residue after every single wash; due to the hard food disposer it has. After it turns on, it sprays food particles on my dishes, it doesn't rinse off efficiently, and dries the residue onto my dishes. It also leaves a white film on my dishes. I use the platinum dishwashing detergent, as well as the platinum rinse aid, I load the dishes according to their diagram; to no avail. I had 2 different technicians come out and they confirmed that the dishwasher is running normally; which is the exact problem, it sucks. After this run-around, they told me that they would do nothing to help resolve my issue. My point is don't waste your money; choose another product to purchase.
