[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a much-needed update from my old dishwasher that was no longer effectively cleaning my dishes. It has so many convenient features. It is very spacious with 3 racks instead of the usual 2. The top rack is convenient for larger and longer utensils as well as smaller items. The racks are also adjustable to accommodate large dishes and/or pots and pans. It has several wash cycles and options, including a 60-minute express wash and a StormWash feature to target dishes that need more intense cleaning. It is also so quiet, I can't hear it at all when it is running. Besides my dishes coming out sparkling clean now, my favorite upgrade is the ability to connect to Samsung's SmartThings app with Wi-Fi. I get notifications on my TV when the cycle is finished and the dishwasher door also auto-releases at the end of the cycle, so no guessing on whether or not I forgot to turn it on.  Overall, I'm very pleased with this dishwasher and its efficiency. Samsung has outdone itself again with this appliance and I highly recommend it.

(GE) It is solid and doesn’t feel “cheap “ Has an adjustable top rack that I like for bulky items and it’s easy to keep clean on the outside. Installer was quick and professional and it doesn’t “wiggle “ in cabinet like the old one even though it is the same size as old dishwasher. Would absolutely recommend to anyone considering buying it.

Once it was setup and run, we started to use it. First of all, it looks great, it matches our FamilyHub Fridge, and the rest of our Samsung kitchen. Everything about it is sleek and modern. The touch buttons are easy to press and use. I am blown away by how quiet it is, just cannot believe it is running. The capacity is great, we can load everything we use after making our normal family meal for four hungry humans. I am calling all my relatives to let them know about what their next dishwasher needs to be. This Samsung Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+ with Smart Dry rocks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a huge upgrade from our previous builder-grade Whirlpool dishwasher for many reasons. First off, the fingerprint-resistant finish should hold up much better than the stainless steel finish. The old dishwasher's finish was corroding and could no longer be cleaned to look nice. This dishwasher is much quieter, and dries the dishes so much better. The washing cycles seem to take longer than the Whirlpool, but that may just be the way newer dishwashers are. The only thing I miss is the utensil basket in the door. It was easier to just open the door a crack and drop a spoon in there. The upside with this one is the third rack for utensils, though it isn't tall enough to allow for very big serving utensils.

Once we ended up getting this done professionally, it works perfectly. It has a multitude of settings that can be controlled with your phone as well as the device. I am so incredibly happy with this dishwasher that I wish I had gotten it a year ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung and own several Samsung items that connect with their Smart Things iOS app, which I appreciate. I had high hopes for this dishwasher due to it's modern design and technical features, such as its ultra quiet running, auto dry/opening of the door. The third flat rack also seemed like a nice feature. I installed the unit myself and it was not difficult to do. Took me about one hour between removing my old unit and installing the new. It seamlessly hooked up to WiFi via the Smart Things Samsung app. The dishwasher's black stainless exterior is gorgeous and all stainless interior tub is the best way to go! Where this unit falls flat, is the racks. The racks seem to be pretty cheap and my wife and I are still figuring out the best way to load all our dishes into it. I did have to call Samsung support after installation because I could not get the unit to work. Turns out the child lock was on, so it was a simple fix. Support was easy and quick to get on the phone. Apparently they are available 24/7 through text as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been an excellent addition to our kitchen. Our previous dishwasher was installed in the home in 1999. The difference is amazing. It’s so much quieter that you hardly know it’s on at all. The timer that can be seen from the top and on the front is a great indicator that it’s on and how long is left. This can be checked on the app as well. Having the door pop open when it’s finished is a very nice feature as it helps vent any steam left over in the dishwasher. It does a great job cleaning the dishes and pots and pans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our SamsungSmart Dishwasher with StormWash+™ 42dBA with Smart Dry and recessed handle in Stainless Steel and we weren’t able to install it right away because of the way our old dishwasher and the flooring had been installed in our 30+ year old house. It was impossible to remove the old dishwasher without removing tile so we had to have our flooring guy come out to remove tile, install the dishwasher and replace tile. As luck would have it, the previous owners had left some of the flooring tile behind and there was just enough to replace the tile we had to remove. Our old dishwasher was made and installed in 1999 so this one is quite a difference. The 42dBA is so much quieter we can barely tell it’s on. We get notified on our phones and the TVs when the cycle is complete. We never used a rinse aid in the old dishwasher and would never had remembered to refill it if we had but this one lets us know when it’s time to refill. It also let us know it was time to run a self-clean cycle. As that’s one of the download cycles , my husband couldn’t find it on the machine itself and so he went over to our Four-Door Flex with Family Hub and looked it up and was able to download the cycle and run it from the refrigerator. Integrated appliances. We love the adjustable middle rack and have used it in both positions several times. The StormWash+ has worked well on pots with spaghetti sauce and the like. It’s easier to load than our old dishwasher and pots and pans fit better. My husband really likes the slots for flatware. All in all we are really enjoying our new Samsung dishwasher!

It has features that my previous one did not have to my delight. The third top rack for small items, the adjustable middle rack and the separators on the bottom rack that can be up or down (in sections) make life so much easier. It talks to my phone and all of my other Samsung products are Alexa/Echo attached for convenience. Can life get any easier in the kitchen!

The middle rack can be adjusted to fit larger items on the lowest rack. My dishes come out clean, shiny, and dry. There is a digital countdown on the front panel to show the estimated time remaining. The filters on the bottom are easy to remove for quick cleaning.
