Hate this fridge. Has broke on us 4 times in less than 3 years. In addition Samsung has horrible service and help support. Never buying a Samsung again.

i like the look and size of it. it does what it's supposed to but i wish it had light/illumination when getting water or ice. it's an irritating draw back

i really love the capacity of this refrigerator and the sharp look back it gives, one thing that i don't like is the short life of the water filter and the replacement cost for a new one.

Ice maker stopped working after 9 months use. The online service request is so hard to use. Tried to schedule a future appointment but the system says there is no pro available at this moment!!!
