Love the size, larger than expected, great space and lighting. The gallon size shelves in the door are very handy, wish the shelves were adjustable but they are spaced adequately. A third drawer in the refrigerator side would be handy. The ice bin could be a little larger. Over all I like it and would recommend to friends.

It's quiet except for when making ice cubes. Cable waterline, filter, built in chimes, sabbath mode  and thermometer included. No adjustable shelves or handles.  A roasting pan will fit with lid. No ice maker on the shelf. Watch like a hawk for scratches on floor, dents on the fridge.

It’s pretty, well designed, and I love that it has no front handles. It’s sleek and modern but looks nice with my antiques. It has a large capacity but takes up no more room than my old, smaller fridge. The controls are easy to use, ice maker is efficient and quiet, and the black stainless exterior is gorgeous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had gotten Samson refrigerators previous three times. Our last Samsung had the freezer in a drawer down beneath. The Ice maker kept on freezing up and not producing ice. After looking at reviews it seemed to be a problem no mater the manufacturer. So going ahead we decided to go to side-by-side. Keeping with Samsung, our refrigerator has hidden handles and large containers on doors. We love the hidden handles. The ice maker works great producing 1x1x1 cubes.

I like the way the freezer looks and its  size . I like that the water dispenser is tall enough to use large cups. It seems quiet and efficient.

Ice machine inside door

Been having it for the last week and I super love it it's quiet I like the led that it's super bright and also has wifi so I can set temps inside through my phone it cools super cold - 5 is the lowest super nice! I have the gray or silver it is looks sleek and cool

Great fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge works great, the freezer and fridge section both work as they should. The ice and water dispenser are also both fantastic. The compartments also allow for a clean, neat look and organization. The only thing is that if you stack oddly-shaped items atop each other it’s easy for them to tumble out for the front facing compartments.

Decent Fridge and Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the large capacity (27.4 cu feet) side by side refrigerator to replace our 26 year old model that finally gave out. It is the all around cooling style and does provide room for your regular family needs. It fits perfectly, and set up was very fast. Side note: It is on wheels and moves forwards and backwards with ease. 

I am disappointed in a few things because this model does not allow you to add or change around your door shelves (as needed) so I cannot adjust them to my disability. 
The drawers do not offer the humidity controls I’ve used for the last 20 years so I will update how they work keeping my fruits & vegetables fresh. 

All plastic is very thin and doesn’t seem like it will hold up to anything but the absolute best care. Same with the glass—it’s thinner (by half!) compared to my last one and makes me nervous for casseroles and other heavier items requiring refrigeration. I will be using with extreme caution. 
There is no light for the water/ice dispenser which was very surprising at this price point. Also, I often have to push the button manually, because the cups/bottles will not press against it solidly - while keeping it properly positioned - during dispensing.
The fridge and freezer cooled to perfect temperatures within 24 hours of being plugged in, and have maintained them nicely. They seem to lose temperature faster than my last model but cool again quickly. Ice maker filled in about 48 hours. 
I like the overall look of the refrigerator, and not having handles that stick out will be very helpful for my condition. The “door open” alarm is very convenient, and I wish I could get the app to work with my phone so I could be alerted to an open door or change in temperature. 

I only knocked it down one star but at this price point maybe it should be two… I expected so much more from a Samsung product. I hope it works efficiently and provides me with a long life like the last one did - but only time will tell. Mostly happy with this replacement but sorely missing my last one!!

Overall good purchase (so far!)

Worst fridge we have ever owned.   Took 3 days for ice maker to make ice.  Ice maker never fills up it barely makes any ice.   Fridge and freezer works perfect.   Had a samsung repair guy come out fro a brand new fridge broke  out of the box because rhwy wouldn't gove me a new one.  guy dosent even know how to remove the ice maler and yanked my plastic parts on ice maler to the point of it not seating flush anymore.  also left with out wiping out my ice shoot where he spilt a bunch of water so I had a clogged frozen ice shoot. Not happy with Samsing quality control or there service techs.  Save your self the time and get another brand refidgerator.
