[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my Ssmsung fridge and it holds a lot of food. The issue I keep having is the the either the refrigerator side or freezer side will go out, and come in on its own. Besides that it is a really good fridge and I really like having cold water and ice on hand when I want it.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Wish I could give less than 1 star! Capacity is amazing, however the icemaker is terrible and freezes up all the time, freezer has to bet to 0 to make ice but freezes food in my fridge, and dealing with samsung customer care is a disaster! We've had this fridge since April 2024 and had problems from the beginning, but I cant get anyone to come out and look at it and attempt to repair it. They always walk me through the steps and say "if this doesnt work call back and we will send someone out" DO NOT BUY!!!!!!
