My new Samsung refrigerator has exceeded my expectations. The door alarm alone has saved my power and grocery bills too many times to count. Not once has my ice cream not been the perfect consistency, now that's magic because of our revolving doors! Easy to maintain, it tells me when to change out our water filter. I couldn't be more pleased with my refrigerator, yet another exceptional product made by Samsung!

I strongly prefer this side-by-side layout over the models with the freezer on the bottom; it makes organizing and finding everything so much easier. Another huge plus is the finish—it doesn't show fingerprints at all, unlike other stainless steel fridges I've seen. Excellent purchase!

The control panel is visible inside that allows quick activation of features to properly operate the temperatures for freezer and frig. The cooling system and freezer are functioning at a high level of expectation. The frig operates noiseless and smoothly. It has a good look in the kitchen that complements the other appliances. Great buy. Highly recommended.

I bought this fridge about six months ago. So far, it has run quietly and kept temperature fairly well, and it is quite roomy. On the other hand, there are a couple of things I do not like about it. #1. The icemaker: I thought having the icemaker in the door would be a big benefit by giving me more room in the freezer. It did that, but it makes ice so slowly, like 3 hour per cycle, and the ice storage is too small. It can't even keep up with two people, my wife and myself. In addition, the ice often gets caught in the dispenser chute and it makes a big mess when you have to take the storage bin out to clear the chute. #2. No matter how much I adjust the legs, the doors do not close properly.

The ice cube container is great, its very easy to take it out to empty, and the ice making is very quiet . Lots of room in both the refrigerator and the freezer. I am a happy purchaser.

Very roomy and pretty . Ice maker is horrible. Never has been successful at crushed ice and cubed ice is constantly jammed. Also icemaker is severely slow ! Control panel has gone out 3 times and randomly comes back on . Water filter ran out pretty quickly and cost $50 Expected alot more out of samsung

Another great and probably unattended future was the texture on the front of the refrigerator we found out that we could write on it with a sharpie marker and it came off perfectly so we're grateful leaving little notes and writing things needed for shopping list.

Bought in October great size plenty of space for a FAMILY of SEVEN GROCERIES BUT the ICE MAKER is the FAULT of ONE-STAR REVIEW. THE ICE MAKER IS GARBAGE !! EXPECT A FULL THREE DAYS TO FILL UP AGAIN. WHOEVER DESIGNED THIS ICE MAKER DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN THEIR POSITION AT SAMSUNG. GO BACK TO SCHOOL. MY GRANDMAS 1970 fridge would make more ice. IT"S 2025 STEP IT UP. Nothing on your response to solve or fix works. So don't try to respond with a come back like the other reviews Samsung. Some people live in 90 to 100 degree Summers I can already see this is gonna be a HUGE PROBLEM. Expect a warranty return SOON all because of the ice maker.

The issue I keep having is the the either the refrigerator side or freezer side will go out, and come in on its own. Besides that it is a really good fridge and I really like having cold water and ice on hand when I want it.
