My only complaint is that I can't find any information on the water filter. Perhaps all Samsung refrigerators use the same filter. I guess I will find out when I try to order one.

Love all the transparent parts inside fridge and even in freezer. Will make things easier to find. Having crushed ice will be a great added feature. Like that there are no handles. Very modern and streamlined. Refrigerator side is roomy and filter easy to reach and change.

It was installed today, and the delivery and installation process was smooth and professional. The refrigerator looks great, has plenty of storage space, and cooled down quickly after being set up. Everything is working as expected, and we're looking forward to using it. Based on our first impression, we'd definitely recommend it.

I do not love the drawers on the bottom in particular and wish there was a deli drawer. One drawer is way too deep and the other is simply not large enough. There is no egg holder or any accessories that help with organization and the door shelves are awkward so things constantly fall over. Otherwise, the fridge functions well and looks good and was a good price.

The capacity is bigger than my previous fridge, so I am enjoying that. If you leave the door open, it will beep letting you know you left it open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this beautiful piece in and we went from and bottom sliding freezer to a side by side and I'll never go back. They are such a pain in the butt! This thing is so stinking quiet and very easily moved if needed. It's also a little bigger and classier than our old one. The black stainless is absolutely stunning! Save your penny's and get this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the refrigerator has all the features needed except one. It is impossible to get water or ice from the door without using two hands. The bar needed to push for water or ice is at the top of the opening. The glass or cup must be held in place to receive the ice. The spout for the water is so small you have to work to get the water in a bottle. Again a two hand operation. Not impressed with the extra bin for the ice.

I do miss having an upper drawer for lunch meat and cheeses, as well as a third small bin on the freezer door (and a second drawer in the freezer). But, all in all, I will adapt and love how quietly and smoothly the water comes out of the door. I also love that there are no handles coming out.

My ice maker hasn't worked for months just because I haven't had time to change the filter. Samsung should just focus on the phone and tv business because their home appliances are not the best. Looks good but not very reliable.
