Great space and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one less than a month ago to replace another refrigerator of the same model that I bought 2 years ago but that one I sent to my family outside the country and since it was in very good condition and without any maintenance problems

Ice Maker is the worst.

the ice maker on this model was absolutely the slowest when new (twice daily). slowly became worse and has finally stopped. it will fill and freeze but just stop dropping. a counter top ice maker will be less expensive than a service call and i can't find a schematic online.

I aplogize for the inconvenince this has caused you. I'm sure defrosting your ice maker could be a huge pain to deal with. We do recommend contacting a service repair, but if you are looking for schematics of the unit. You may be able to find them by visiting Samsungparts.com. ^Pat

Great refrigerator and ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator to replace one that was 31 years old. The main function that we wanted was an ice maker and cold-water dispenser. The old refrigerator's ice maker hadn't worked in years. This refrigerator's ice maker works great and makes life much easier. My only complaint is that it occasionally drips water at the cold-water dispenser after we replaced the water filter which is why i only gave it 4 stars.

Not a fan of Samsung appliances!

Unfortunately May 2024 I bought 6 Samsung appliances. [Refrigerator] RS27T5200SR/AA The refrigerator works. But it doesn’t allow you to change shelf height. If you want to have things the height of a 2 liter soda or wine bottle it only fits on certain shelves on the door. The only way I can store a frozen pizza is diagonally, total space killer. The ability to move or change shelves would be amazing. I need to learn the settings but so far there have been issues with certain spots in the refrigerator being colder than others. How is ice still spraying all over the place in 2024. The exterior doesn’t really handle fingerprints well and doesn't handle hard water stains.

100% GARBAGE (NO ZERO STAR RATING AVAILABLE)

samsung has been unresponsive and refuses to provide help or a refund. the "10-year warranty" isn't worth the ink or sticker it's printed on. no help from samsung will ever come, since they already have our money. terrible product, even worse service! if you decide to roll the dice, just know that no one from samsung cares about you or your warranty! it's all a lie.

So ROOMY!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my new fridge delivered 4 days ago & we are already in love. It is sleek & fingerprint resistant. It is HUGE & holds so much more than my previous fridge. It makes ice quickly and the bin was full in a few hours. The shelves a deep & wipe clean easily. I would have liked some door handles but we are getting used to the hidden ones. I love that I can keep my gallon of milk in the door shelves. It also runs very quietly. We were unsure if was even on at first because its so quiet. Overall, highly recommend.

So far so good

The refrigerator is a nice looking side by side stainless steel appliance. We originally ordered the black stainless refrigerator but after becoming aware of several complaints of peeling we changed to regular stainless.

Great Purchase

Lots of space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a couple weeks ago and so far are very happy. It's huge inside is attractive on the outside. Only small issue for us has been the water seems to drop from the water dispenser after using it. We leave a small cup in the dispenser area to collect any water spillage. It doesn't bother us but it may bother others. We like it and are happy with it. It's a fridge, it does what we need it to.

Awful Purchase

Purchased this refrigerator March 19, 2024. Big mistake of my life. Buyers Beware August 1st my refrigerator broke down. Warranty is not helpful. I'm still fighting with Samsung. Look on you tube and everyone on the site states how bad the refrigerators are. Ice makers always break!
