It has a lot more space than our old fridge, it started making ice right away, and looks great in the space. The fingerprint resistant finish is a win as we have a 6yo and a 3yo. I love how the handles are tucked inside the doors so you don't have anything sticking out into the kitchen. Overall, we are very happy with the product especially my wife, which is the most important part.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator looks good in my space. Initially, cooling was approximately 6-7 hours. Door capacity is good for gallon-sized beverage containers. The exterior doors are easy to clean thanks to their ergonomic handleless design.

Just received this new fridge. Very pleased so far; lots of space, light and bright inside, and the temperature controls are well designed adjustable shelves would be ideal, but not a dealbreaker. Shelf and drawer supports seem sturdy and unlikely to break, which was a problem with our old fridge.

The open air concept inside, along with the in door ice maker, provides for ample space inside the unit. We like the way the doors open without the use of handles (which would take up extra outside space). The factory settings of 0 degrees in the Freezer and 37 degrees in the Refrigerator, along with the airflow inside the unit show me that operational electricity savings will be high. This will also keep our food fresher longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Samsung side-by-side to replace an 11-year-old fridge that failed with icing issues on the refrigerator side. It works and has more rated capacity (27 cu ft) vs the 24 cu feet of our original machine. But it's a lower trim level than our older fridge. It has fewer drawers (no deli drawer) and didn't gain any shelves, so the effective storage is no better. It also doesn't have a butter shelf on the door - just a standard shelf without a swinging door. Meanwhile, the energy efficiency is rated worse than the original unit, probably due to less insulation.

THe capacity of the refrigerator is impressive, although, if it had more shelves, I could use the space more efficiently. Even though the front of the refrigerator is stainless steel, the side that is exposed in my kitchen is matt gray. The noise level is quite low.
