Unfortunately May 2024 I bought 6 Samsung appliances. [Refrigerator] RS27T5200SR/AA The refrigerator works. But it doesn’t allow you to change shelf height. If you want to have things the height of a 2 liter soda or wine bottle it only fits on certain shelves on the door. The only way I can store a frozen pizza is diagonally, total space killer. The ability to move or change shelves would be amazing. I need to learn the settings but so far there have been issues with certain spots in the refrigerator being colder than others. How is ice still spraying all over the place in 2024. The exterior doesn’t really handle fingerprints well and doesn't handle hard water stains.

my boyfriend and i moved into our home last november. the sellers had left their appliances for us. one being this fridge. all in all, this is a pretty good fridge. the ice maker is awful. it creates quite a bit of ice but then there seems to be something causing it to melt and become one big chuck, therefore, not allowing ice to come down into your cup. we've checked the seal by doing the "pour water down the ice chute to make sure there are no leaks. none. not one drop. also, the fridge may be fingerprint resistant, but don't put anything on the front of it. we had several different types of magnets on in and if they move "at all" you get tiny scratches all over it. now the front of our fridge is all scratched up.

per the samsung rep, this makes 120 ice cubes/ day, thats 5 ice cube per/hr. so the storage capacity is small. the ice dispenser lags, need to give it breaks in between filling up an 8oz cup. the fingerprint resistance dont work, even after washing your hands. save your money and get a regular fridge. we decided on this fridge ,because of how sleek it looked and the fingerprint resistant. we bought a samsung washer and dryer,on the same day as the fridge. hopefully the washer and dryer features, it says it has, actually exist. there was no incentive to buy all samsung. we chose samsung because we assumed the appliances would be like the samsung phone technology,exceptional features and quality

I bought this refrigerator thinking it was beautiful! Wishing the first month I dropped a thing of meat and it broke the inside of the freezer then all of the shelves in the refrigerator door broke! These are designed to hold milk. I had condiments in the door. I am so upset with my purchase. I have replaced many of the shelves to the point where I am not buying anymore! I will just get a new refrigerator not a Samsung. I also sale furniture and appliances at a store I will not be recommending Samsung to any of them. I will share my experiences with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung RS27T5200SR/AA refrigerator that we purchased is absolutely fantastic for what we needed, with tons of space in both the frig and freezer sections, a nice ice maker/dispenser system, easy access to change the water filter, and a super sleek space-saving design. I have never owned a frig with recessed handles but am now a converted fan. The recessed feature allows for even more space to store all of our yummy food and beverages. This has been especially handy now that we are eating in a lot more and doing fewer grocery trips with pandemic and all. While the ice maker bucket has a small-ish capacity, the in-door placement allows for better overall storage of ice cream, frozen pizzas (which fit horizontally by the way...woot woot!), and everything else in the freezer. The external dispenser is a must have on any frig used for ice or drinking water, and this has one (see image). I wish there were more options for placement of shelves and bins in this unit, but that is a minor gripe and about the only thing I don't absolutely love about this frig. We have not always owned Samsung appliances, but our house is full of them now...because they rock! I highly recommend this frig. Five stars - and all-you-can-eat ice cream!

If you don’t need a Family Hub screen nor a double capacity ice maker, this is the fridge for you. It may not look big from the outside, but the number of bins and shelves on the inside is amazing. Each shelf offers both depth and height to allow for maximum flexibility for odd-shaped items. This allows you to really pack in your stuff. The door bins hold multiple and various shaped bottles, meaning you can really stock up on items at the grocery store. And the same holds for both the refrigerator and the freezer side. Most surprisingly, the motor is quiet and powerful. Cooling down the entire fridge in under an hour from the first power-up. If you’re looking for a basic side-by-side fridge that looks good, performs well, and is designed to maximize interior space, the Samsung RS27T5200SR/AA is the right fridge for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the nicest fridge I've ever owned. I absolutely love the black stainless steel, and it is amazing at resisting finger prints. There is so much space inside for anything and everything you could possibly need/want. Recessed door handles add to the sleek look and are still accessible for my 3 year old. Love how the light is set flat on the top and still lights the entire fridge/freezer very nicely. All the shelves and drawers are easy to remove for cleaning, and are very well made. The only thing I'm not sure I'm crazy about, is the fact that you can't reposition the shelves at different heights if wanted, although I can't foresee my self missing that feature too much. Also super excited that the water filter is easy access to replace when necessary. Love that the ice maker is easily removed if you want to make lots of extra ice. Overall Thurs fridge had loads of great features and I can't wait to upgrade the rest of our kitchen appliances to match. Get this fridge and you won't be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good fridge. It is large, cools everything quickly, and keeps things even temp all day long. The down side is no light when using the Icemaker or water. Another downside (possibly because this is my first new fridge this size) is it is a bit on the noisy side. To explain this, basically it sounds like water bubbles. I did have a tech check it out, said everything was good. I love the LED lighting everywhere when I open the fridge, instead of just on the top, and the hidden handles are pretty cool. The downside to that is there is a little gap between doors. Overall, this fridge is a solid 4/5 stars (minus one for the no icemaker light and the door spacing) Samsung is a great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a 13 year old 27 cu ft Samsung refrigerator with this 27.4 cu ft, The updated features of this new unit with ice maker in the door instead of freezer is a huge improvement. The old one had the ice maker inside the freezer and it never properly worked. Ice cubes would not continue to make whole cubes. I replaced the ice maker four times.

Love the new Samsung! Love the water and ice dispenser in the door! It is well built snd has so much more room than the old one. Wish I had done this years ago.
