great overall fridge. the only problem it has is it doesn't have an led light that turns on when dispensing water so it's hard to tell how much is in your cup. also the water dispenser port is in front of the ice dispenser port which doesn't work great because unless you have a really fat cup, the water will overshoot and end up on the floor. not hard to manage once you know, but every guest and newby will miss :)

I love my new fridge but I wish the ice maker would produce more ice at a quicker rate. Also smudge proof isn't exactly smudge proof but I wouldn't change a thing. Great product. Great price. I find it becoming a bit of a messy space. Constantly having wipe it down and pick up chunks of ice. Also I haven’t had the fridge for a year and the Samsung Label is beginning to fall off the fridge.

we got this fridge installed in october of 2021 and now the ice maker has not been working for about two weeks. i have tried replacing the water filter and everything. it produces ice but then the entire ice bucket thaws out and freezes over as one giant piece of ice. then water leaks out where the ice is supposed to come out. i have taken the entire ice bucket out every day for two weeks and completely cleaned it out and got rid of the giant ice block and the next day the same issue arises again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the nicest fridge I've ever owned. I absolutely love the black stainless steel, and it is amazing at resisting finger prints. There is so much space inside for anything and everything you could possibly need/want. Recessed door handles add to the sleek look and are still accessible for my 3 year old. Love how the light is set flat on the top and still lights the entire fridge/freezer very nicely. All the shelves and drawers are easy to remove for cleaning, and are very well made. Also super excited that the water filter is easy access to replace when necessary. Love that the ice maker is easily removed if you want to make lots of extra ice. Overall this fridge has loads of great features and I can't wait to upgrade the rest of our kitchen appliances to match. Get this fridge and you won't be disappointed.

the ice maker is ridiculous. followed all troubleshooting steps and was told by the tech that it can take up to 3 days for the ice maker to fill the bin. this is completely unexpectedly slow and much slower than our older refrigerator that this one replaced. very disappointing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very impressed with my Samsung27.4 cu. ft. Large Capacity Side-by-Side Refrigerator in Stainless Steel. It has a large capacity with plenty of storage. I love that it has several safety features such as being able to lock the water and ice dispenser, being able to turn the water and ice machine off and an alarm going off when the door is open 2 minutes. The temperature is easy to adjust and I love that you can see what temperature you fridge and freezer are set at. This is a high quality refrigerator and you can tell a lot of thought went into designing it! I couldn't be happier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product keeps everything equally cool. It doesnt matter if a shelf is over stuffed my drinks stay cold. The lighting makes it easy to find everything with ease. There is so much more room in this product than the previous frig that we had in the same space. I was able to adjust the placement of the shelves so I can organize the refrigerator the way I want it. The outside finish does not leave any smudges. I am not having to wipe down the outside of it daily. The shelves in the freezer are a little narrow. A medium size pizza box fits flat on a shelf.
