I do miss having an upper drawer for lunch meat and cheeses, as well as a third small bin on the freezer door (and a second drawer in the freezer). But, all in all, I will adapt and love how quietly and smoothly the water comes out of the door. I also love that there are no handles coming out.

Looks nice, Have had for 5 years now. Worst Icemaker ever, constantly freezes over, leakes water, solid jce blocks pouring down inside of door, Ive had to replace the ice bin $200 and the ice maker tray $150. Door shelf has stress cracks. Aesthetically its pleasing, besides the constant malfunction of the ice maker its ok!

The open air concept inside, along with the in door ice maker, provides for ample space inside the unit. We like the way the doors open without the use of handles (which would take up extra outside space). The factory settings of 0 degrees in the Freezer and 37 degrees in the Refrigerator, along with the airflow inside the unit show me that operational electricity savings will be high. This will also keep our food fresher longer.

The sleek, modern design looks great, and the interior is incredibly spacious with smartly adjustable shelving that easily accommodates a large grocery haul. The SmartThings app integration is a handy bonus, especially for getting notifications if a door is accidentally left open. My only real gripe is the ice maker; it takes up a bit too much internal space and can be slow to replenish if you have guests over or need to fill a cooler. It is excellent quality and the drawers and shelves are very sturdy. The ice maker works well as does the water dispenser. It seems to cool very evenly on both sides. I love a side by side over the drawer models so I'm very happy Samsung continues to make this excellent product.

Temperature settings are easy to adjust. The ice-maker is one thing I wish was a little more quieter but it produce plenty of ice. This fridge maintains its temperature even with repeated opening and closing of the doors from the grand-kids.

I feel like the seal could be better on the freezer door. You have to make sure nothing is in the wrong place or it will pop open.
