Standard fridge at a premium price!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is just a standard refrigerator with cheap options and finishes... It doesn't have Wi-Fi, it doesn't have special storage bins, no exterior screen, just 3 simple indicator lights and cheap buttons. It doesn't even have a night light on the ice/water dispenser. For the price of this refrigerator I suggest look for other brands or search a HUGE discount or offer if you're gonna buy it. If you can't FULLY open your doors (180 degrees) you wont be able to fully open your storage drawers, so be mindful on your kitchen space.

Great Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 2 years ago and it's still going strong!! Will update as time goes on. I love the crushed ice feature. It is especially good for my stiff person syndrome diagnosis when I get overheated, dizzy, and extremely fatigued. It is the perfect cool down.
WORST ICE MAKER EVER
the refrigerator itself is great but the ice maker sucks - if more than one person gets a class of ice and it make the amount low - it takes 3 days before you have ice agian - it is horrible - i live in florida and ice is a necessity here - and this ice maker sucks - i would never buy this refrigerator again nor would i recommend this product to any one................i have been buying samsung products for years and this is the worst experience i have ever had

High value for price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 10 yr old Electrolux French door with this model Samsung. We find it easier to organize food in the freezer over the bottom drawer we had before. This unit is sleek and modern with no handles which makes it appear a higher end unit. Plenty of space for all our usual inventory of food. Only disappointments are no deli drawer (Which we knew before purchasing) and no dispenser light which is listed as a feature but does not in fact have. Ice maker is great but having a hard time keeping up with us in the summer season (we use a lot of ice).
Love the sleekness of this SS side by side.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I knew immediately that this side by side was an excellent choice for our household. My last two refrigerators were French doors with the freezer on the bottom - no more rummaging to find something in the freezer. I can also see everything in refrigerator and it is much easier to organize. Another great thing about this refrigerator is no handles.
Not worth the money
The ice maker takes so long to actually dispense ice. It doesn’t really “crush” the ice when you select that option. My big issue is that it says it’s stainless steel, but NO magnets stick to my fridge doors. I’ve tried different ones just to make sure I’m not crazy. The weird thing is, I have other stainless steel appliances and the magnets stick to them just fine. So I have no way of hanging anything on the fridge (other than tape) and my kids can’t play with the fridge alphabet magnets or anything similar. It’s a shame bc I love displaying my kids’ artwork and pictures.
Greetings, We understand how important it is for you to have a magnetic refrigerator to hang your kid's artwork. In response to customer demand, Samsung has added more ferrous material to the stainless steel panels to make them magnetic. As to which models are magnetic and which are not, we do not keep records of this information. It is best to visit your neighborhood store to see if a magnet will adhere to the sides before purchasing in the future. Worst ice maker in the world
This has the worst ice maker I've ever seen in a fridge. It takes forever to make ice. Then it clogs so often most of the little amount of ice it made has to be thrown away because it's stuck in the door. The rest of the fridge is okay, but honestly it's overpriced garbage. I'd buy any other brand you were looking at. Samsung has no idea how to make ice. It's actually so bad they should pay you to take this fridge off their hands. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star

Excellent Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best refrigerator we've owned in years! Ice Machine in door frees up more freezer room - the interior is spacious and the door shelving is sturdy and not brittle like our last two refrigerators from a competitor. The only con I can note is no light in the ice and water dispenser area
So far so good
my samsung refrigerator has performed well over the time i have owned it. i have only found two problems that i have been unable to overcome. the ice maker capacity and ice production is smaller and slower than the lg that i really enjoyed. from time to time we have had to buy bags of ice to fill the ice hopper. i wish it were more like the lg i so dearly loved, but unable to purchase. also, the refrigerator lower shelf in the rear seems to freeze much of the liquids when on the lower shelf to the rear of the refrigerator. we can't put the milk or juice in the back of the fridge on the lowest shelf.
Ephie! I am confident your new Samsung refrigerator will continue to impress! ^Pat
Pretty, but a great disappointment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good: Clean design, large capacity. The Bad: The temperature in the refrigerator side varies widely from shelf to shelf. I have the fridge set to maintain 37degrees ( as suggested in the manual ). The crisper drawers are consistently near that setpoint. Wonderful. The lowest open shelf ranges from 31 to 38 degrees. We've often had food freeze solid on this shelf. And while the lowest shelf freezes, the top shelf will be 9 - 15 degrees warmer! Yes, freezing on one shelf while 45 degrees three shelves higher. I am measuring temperatures with two calibrated recording thermometers. We have had service people to our home twice. The first measured temperature at just one place (a middle shelf), found it to be 3 degrees above set point there and said that there is nothing wrong, this is within Samsung tolerances. The second tech saw the temperature variation within the fridge. He spoke with a Samsung tech by phone, then suggested we move delicate foods to the upper shelves where they wouldn't freeze, because the problem is part of the design and can't be fixed! Obvious to me is there is insufficient circulation within the fridge to keep temps even. The unit is definitely not overfilled to stop air movement. If you want a fridge that does a good job of properly maintaining your food, I'd suggest avoiding this model. Personally, I'll avoid Samsung!
I'm terribly sorry for your experience. I know how frustrating it can be when results and expectations do not quite meet. Thank you very much for sharing your experience. We will work on improving our products and services to meet future expectations. ^Pat
