Excellent ... with a couple of improvements needed

i love this fridge. pros: 1. big, holds a ton 2. i can see what's in the freezer without digging 3. no handles protruding from the doors 4. no trim around the ice/water dispenser cons: 1. non-adjustable shelves 2.needs a 2nd led light lower in the fridge toward the rear to light the lower shelves 3. butter compartment in the door 4. the top drawer in the fridge should have been 2 shallower drawers - 1 for cold cuts & cheese, 2nd for additional fruit & veggies overall i'm very pleased

Good Overall Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this fridge. It looks really good and has a lot of room. The two main issues I have with it are that there are no movable shelves in the fridge side and there is no small drawer for lunch meats and cheeses. I like those features but can live without them. All tall items like wine bottles need to be stored in the door.

100% GARBAGE (NO ZERO STAR RATING AVAILABLE)

samsung has been unresponsive and refuses to provide help or a refund. the "10-year warranty" isn't worth the ink or sticker it's printed on. no help from samsung will ever come, since they already have our money. terrible product, even worse service! if you decide to roll the dice, just know that no one from samsung cares about you or your warranty! it's all a lie.

Nightmare with plastic covering on refrigerator

the refrigerator look and operation is fine. however, it has been impossible to remove all of the plastic. I worked on it for hours; the worst part is that the plastic wrap is manufactured by Samsung to be under the seals and into the actual metal seams. a month later, i still haven't been able to remove all the plastic remnants, despite painstaking work with tweezers. for this reason i can't recommend purchasing this refrigerator.

Nice looking fridge, overall ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice looking refrigerator. The filter is easy to change. Temperature seems pretty even throughout. Space could be better utilized. I'm not a huge fan of side-by-side as compared with French doors on top and freezer on the bottom. I miss my old fridge. Besides that, the ice maker releases ice very slowly, so it can be annoying to fill up a large cup. Otherwise, the fridge is fine.

Beautiful Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Black Stainless Steel side by side Refrigerator is the best side by side with water, crushed and cubed ice I’ve had. It has the most room in it than any refrigerator I’ve ever had. When you open it up it’jhbbbhhs very bright so you can see everything on inside. The door racks are big plenty of room for larger things. Has a digital temperature gage on the inside edge nicely lit. Also has a beeping sound if left opened longer than it should. I have one small problem with the water and ice dispenser you have to have your hand behind the glass or it misses the glass and goes all over the place instead of the glass pushing on the switch a little awkward Is all.

Spacious, sleek and modern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design is sleek and made an instant positive impact on the look of the kitchen. The capacity was spacious. There is ample room to keep food neatly organized. It holds plenty food for a family with kids. Some of the features I like most are the door alarm, fingerprint resistant doors, temperature display and uniform cooling. I love that I can easily see through the storage bins. The squarish shaped ice cubes are unique. The refrigerator offers the flexibility of cubed or crushed ice. The icemaker keeps up with our demand. The ice bin is easy to empty. No more worries about food safety due to the doors being left opened with the alarm. The door bins are generous. A very convenient feature is the sliding shelves, makes it easier to clean and reach items in back. The interior light is just right, not too bright especially when opening the door in the dark. The recessed door handle eliminates a bulky handle sticking out and creates a clean line. I've gotten so many compliments on the refrigerator. I love it, it's like a work of art.

Nice…but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice but the ice maker takes a long time to dispense the ice when pressing the button and doesn’t seem like it will last. The fridge is freezing my milk and veggies in the back. Probably a defective fridge. My other Samsung lasted 12 years no issues and was still good but didn’t have space for 2 fridges. It’s nice but time will tell if the ice maker will last or if the refrigerator will still have problems. Only 5 months old.

Ice maker is not good

the ice maker is very bad. we have a family of five and it's simply does not produce enough ice to meet our families needs. samsung indicates that you can expect their ice makers to make roughly 100 cubes of ice per day and when you use the power freeze that's significantly speeds up the process. we haven't had a technician out three times and despite everyone's efforts the ice maker is never come close to producing the amount of purports to be able to make in a 24-hour period.

I wouldn't buy this again

I bought this refrigerator in May of 22'. It currently has fault code 21c and is completely inoperative. I will most likely not have this repaired. I'm out of full warranty, and only have the limited warranty remaining. So I would have to most likely pay to have a diagnostic visit, and for whatever repair costs incurred thereafter. Which doesn't bother me, however....it is less than two years old. What will happen in another two years? Probably another failure. More food and time wasted. I have no confidence in this product. I moved all of my freezer and refrigerator items into my twenty year old refrigerator. That is what I have my confidence in, and another brand when I have to buy again.
