i love my new samsung refrigerator! it’s so sleek & stylish. it’s very roomy, well lit & super quite. i love that the ice maker is in the door leaving more room in the freezer. the water dispenser is tall enough for a large glass. after the installation, we had to check it to make sure it was working it’s that quite. the delivery was awesome, they came in (masks & gloves) got the old fridge out & brought in & installed the new fridge all in less than 30 minutes! i purchased on a thursday & it came the next tuesday, so quick.

it’s an upgrade for us, but still lacking for the price. i feel like this about be about $150 less. pros - no handles sticking out lots of room nice shelving depth stainless is pretty nice no filter can be seen cons - needs way more light in both the freezer and fridge in a 4100k color temp to light the bottom half. why is there no design for light in the back bottom half? the ice maker is absolute garbage. it barely makes enough ice in a day to appreciate that its even making it, lol. the design is medciocre and the hook takes quite awhile to grab ice. you’ll get half a chunk of ice vs. crushed. no drip tray design. overall, yes, a nice upgrade, but i feel like the price should be quite a bit less based on those 2 things. lighting and ice maker.

my boyfriend and i moved into our home last november. the sellers had left their appliances for us. one being this fridge. all in all, this is a pretty good fridge. the ice maker is awful. it creates quite a bit of ice but then there seems to be something causing it to melt and become one big chuck, therefore, not allowing ice to come down into your cup. we've checked the seal by doing the "pour water down the ice chute to make sure there are no leaks. none. not one drop. also, the fridge may be fingerprint resistant, but don't put anything on the front of it. we had several different types of magnets on in and if they move "at all" you get tiny scratches all over it. now the front of our fridge is all scratched up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a great value for the price. Lots of room. Only downside is that it doesn’t get cold enough in my opinion. Thermostat only goes as low as 34 degrees F. However there is a feature that will allow to get stuff colder for 3 hours at a time.

we have had this otherwise impressive fridge since december 2020. the fridge is very spacious. we regularly keep the fridge stocked with beverages, meats & veggies, and more. where there is a total letdown is the ice maker. it makes ice but the shoot that the ice is supposed to be dispensed through froze over with this huge iceberg. i have been thawing it out. i wanted to share the situation here. let's see what the results are. samsung, please make it right!

This has been the worse refrigerator I have ever purchased. It freezes everything in the back of the refrigerator. I have had to throw out so much food because of it. Frozen eggs, lettuce, and yogurt. All of the side door plastic shelves are cracked and broken. This is not a good fridge to buy. What a waste of money!!

Refrigerator broke after 1 year and Samsung repair service is slow and can't fix refrigerators! Purchased fridge in August 2023, refrigerator broke August 2024. With prompt notifications, Samsung took 1.5 weeks to show up and said the refrigerator was repaired, but after leaving the refrigerator was even worse!(Not cooling whatsoever). Called back and now they will take another week at the earliest! If you like your fridge to be as reliable as a Russian built automobile, this is your fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Samsung side by side. It has plenty of room more so than my French door fridge ever had. The only thing I miss is the light in the water/Ice dispenser. I wish I did have one there, especially when we come down at night for a quick drink. Out other than that, I am overall with my side-by-side.

not a good fridge if you need more than 8 cubes of ice per day. the ixe maker is a totally different design which uses cold air blown from a tiny slot in rear of feeezer. there are no cooling coils in the ice maker lkke quality products have. also found 8 degree difference between fridge shelves. some shelves freeze items while others are much warmer. maybe samsung has some better models but i would strongly avoid this one if you want ice. one gkod thing... it looks really nice and is large inside. cant think of much other useful information at this point. if you buy one and are not happy dont hesitate like we did. return it asap. theg cant fix it.
