Love the design.

Worst Ice Maker Ever

Ice maker is basically useless. The ice constantly gets clogged in the feeder and I have to take it apart and it makes a mess every time. The rest of the fridge works as expected.

Great complement to my home!

Poor product

This is the second Samsung fridge I purchased. The first lasted 3 years the second 1 year. Both freezer and fridge go out cost more to fix then what i paid for the fridge.

wonderful

The doors on this baby are beautiful and unlike some manufacturers that market their stainless as fingerprint resistant this model is actually fingerprint resistant providing your hands are clean. This fridge cools down very fast, it reached operating temps in maybe under 4 hours ! While others can take up to 24 hours that was a huge plus. I love the digital thermostat no guess work of what temp is number 3 or what temp does the 4th bar represent this model lets you pick the temp and the readout shows you the actual temp of freezer and fridge. The unit is very spacious and with a well thought out design for example the water filter is front facing and located at the bottom so easy compared to my old Amana fridge.

Basic, no functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large spacious interior and it works that's where the pros end. Now the cons, ice maker and water delivery system has no light to see in the dark how full your cup is or a drip tray for that matter. The water spout itself is at an angle so water doesn't come straight it it shoots out sideways and will either hit your floor or run straight down to the floor anyways because again, no drip tray. Problems that Samsung could easily have addressed, but its all about a quick buck. Now, interior, where are the attached bins for meats and cheeses, butter, etc? Again a cheap fix so why does Samsung not put them in?! Fridge could also use adjustable shelves. Lastly, the icemaker itself is slow. Slow in producing ice (2 days to get any ice when empty) and slow in dispensing ice. Also horrible in door design. Cannot even reach into bin to grab a bunch of ice if in a hurry. So look elsewhere unless you don't care about functionality and need a basic expensive fridge with features that are non existent.

The bad, the worst and the UGLY!!!

Bought this refrigerator a month ago. It never worked!!! Called for replacement, Samsung told me it needed to be repaired. Two weeks later repairman spends 3 hours with it working. 5 days later it quit leaking water all over my floor. Now a month from when I bought it they want to try another repair!!! This first repair left it looking like this!! Worst experience EVER with a new refrigerator.

Bad Fridge in So Many Ways!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently bought a house with this brand new refrigerator, and there is so much I hate about it. Here are a few things: The water dispenser spigot is too far forward from the activation plate, so unless you're using a very wide glass, the water misses and will spray all over you. Also the water dispenser isn't lighted, so you can't see when your glass is full...assuming that you've been able to position it properly. There is no deli-drawer included, so we had to purchase an add on. The vegetable crispers are not crispers...our produce goes bad in a day or two, something that I've never experienced in any other fridge. We love our house, but can't wait until we can afford a new refrigerator.

This Big Boy is nice!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This big boy is nice. It has Double big doors. One side is the freezer, and the other side is the refrigerator. The freezer is super cold to store your favorite frozen dinners, and the refrigerator is nice and cool to store your milk, vegetables, etc. It's a must-have for a big family or if you're single and need lots of space.
