[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge not only looks good, but handles all our food storage. The ice maker produces crushed or cubed ice and of course water too. The side by side design fridge on one side, freezer on the other makes food storage and retrieval easy. It is quiet, but sometimes you can hear the ice maker, which is normal according to the manufacturer. It has a reminder sing if you leave the door open. Overall great choice for this house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glad to have a new fridge provided by my home warranty company. I do not like the location of the water stream on the in door dispenser. It is too far forward requiring one to use both hands to pour a glass of water, on my old fridge I was able to use just one hand to pour a cup. Also I do not think the glass shelves are as sturdy as they only have plastic edging on the front and back as opposed to around the entire shelf. My old refrigerator had framework all the way around so if something spills on one shelf it was confined to that particular shelf. Lastly, my old refrigerator had adjustable shelf notches in both the door and main body of the unit this one does not.

Bought this refrigerator a month ago. It never worked!!! Called for replacement, Samsung told me it needed to be repaired. Two weeks later repairman spends 3 hours with it working. 5 days later it quit leaking water all over my floor. Now a month from when I bought it they want to try another repair!!! This first repair left it looking like this!! Worst experience EVER with a new refrigerator.
