I bought this in March 2026, but so far have had no reason to use it. I was researching generators and have a neighbor who has the same model. He has been very happy with it. I like the idea of dual fuel, but did not want a CO detector as research showed that it can be problematic.

When the power goes out (which it's often here on the coast of Maine) this generator powers much of my house through an exterior generator inlet. I love that there are multiple options for fuel and for startup and it can handle a staggering amount of demand. As a small, single mom who is intimidated by everything mechanical, I can say confidently that if I find this unit easy to use, anyone will.

We lost power for 24 hours and thank goodness we had this generator on hand. I assembled and had running within 1 hour with no issues and started up immediately. Broke in per the instructions for over 5 hours and it has run flawlessly. Great purchase and product!!

So far, so good. It's obviously heavy so don't plan on loading and unloading it yourself. Very easy setup. It isn't too difficult to move once the wheels are in place. After setup it started on the 2nd attempt after fuel got through the system. It starts and stops every time with no issues. Easy to operate with clear instructions. We didn't experience "power fade" in instances when appliances (refrigerator) turned on. Overall it's a solid machine. What I would change: 1. Wheels are plastic and don't appear like they will be durable. Solid rubber wheels would be a big improvement. 2. For folks with limited experience the choke and fuel valve should have better labeling. 3. QR code for the registration since it is 2026 and that's much quicker/easier.

I turned this on today for the first time. Instructions were clear and concise it was easy to assemble and fired up on first attempt. Noise level is a little high but what I expected. It was purchased for emergency use, I just hope I don’t need to use it often!

Fired it up for its initial break in period of 2.5 gallons of gas at roughly four hours of run time, still waiting to come back and finish off the gas and try propane. The dual fuel feature is nice. The user interface in great with three different ways to start the engine: remote, press to start, or manual. All three have cycled for me. Generator shuts off fast and well. The downside is to take into account is how loud this generator is. I have to wear hearing protection to make adjustments in the area.

Bought this generator a couple months ago as we live off grid and i was heavily pregnant and couldn't start our old generator by myself. This push button start and remote has been a life saver as my husband goes to work and now that we have the baby i dont have to leave him to turn it on.

Disclaimer: have not used yet. The first thing I noticed after reading the manual was actually a pleasure to read for once. Well written (aside from a few minor typos) and easy to find what you need for a relatively complex machine. Bravo on getting the engineers and good copywriters together. As for the generator, as stated earlier, I am writing this before using but the build quality does seem high. I will write a follow-up upon break in and use.

Purchased this generator as a critical circuit backup for my home. It was delivered to my home in good condition. I was impressed by the minimal assembly required and the clear instructions. I installed the wheels, connected the battery and filled the oil to the correct level using the oil supplied. The included funnel made this much easier. The generator started immediately on propane which is my preferred fuel. I ran it for 10 minutes and ran a grinder briefly. I am quite happy with my purchase so far.

While I've not had it long enough to make a thorough evaluation I'm more than pleased with the features and ease of setup. I've only just completed installing and haven't had a load on it yet I'm sure it'll be just as good as a smaller Westinghouse generator that I own
