Sturdy packaging, and upon inspection of generator, it is well made, minimal assembly. The battery was charged and the machine cranked right up. It ran smoothly and was much quieter than expected.

I bought this to be ready for the next time we loose power. Had an outside box put in to hook directly into main breaker box. With cable it handles the water well fine. Easy assembling and easy start. What else could you ask for??

I purchased this generator because I live in Florida and unfortunately the state is prone to hurricanes. I did not give a five star, because I have not start it yet, but I plan very soon.

This is a very high quality generator. The push button makes starting it an ease. The included remote makes it even easier! Runs smooth and is powerful enough to run all of my essentials in the even of a power outage.

Did a lot of research to come up with the power, options, and price tag to fit our needs. This duel fuel can be jacked into our panel so that we can run enough things to get us through an extended outage.

Easy to assemble and operate. Lots of features. Haven't tried running the whole house on it yet but it should handle it. We have oil heat and no central air.
