I bought his a few weeks ago and have only ran it once to test it out but everything worked like it should and is built well. It has tons of features I love like the duel fuel option, electric start and display for wattage usage, etc. I recommended this generator to several friends and family.

I bought this a couple weeks ago. It works great, easy to put together and move around. The manual provides good instructions and customer service is responsive with questions. I am happy with this purchase and able to run the main items in my house off this model! I like the blue color too!

I bought this generator on September 4 and just received it. In the process of assembly now but I'm sure it will be a great generator based on my research. I'll be giving it a preliminary review of 3 stars only because it is not together and running yet.

I am so happy we purchased this product! When the electric came back on, my wife used the remote control from our bedroom window to turn the generator off. She also loves being able to turn generator on using the remote. When the generator arrived, the set up was very easy.

I am extremely happy with my WGen9500DF. It has lots of great features which makes it very versatile. It is quiet and has the power to run 90% of the power requirements of my home. This generator barley flinched when engaging heaver load circuits in my home. The remote start ability is fantastic! Great job Westinghouse!

It’s hurricane season in Central Florida. We were without electricity from Duke Energy three times. With no tax and a good price, it was an easy choice. Gasoline is hard to come at times, so we chose a multi-fuel. With a big enough tank the propane company delivers. It was easy to install, test and run. An electrician installed the breakers with no problem. Our family is now better prepared. It’s not a matter of if, it’s when the hurricane strikes. With a freezer and two refrigerators, it’s important. We’re on a well, so having electricity is key.

Following extended power outages during Hurricane Beryl I ordered the WGen9500DFc generator. Although I had a traditional generator that kept our refrigerators going after the first couple of days buying fuel became a problem. The gas stations couldn't run their pumps and I was running low on gasoline. The 9500DFc was an easy choice because a 14 or 30 lb propane tank (or two) would keep me running when gasoline supplies are cut off. I received the generator and immediately put the wheels and feet on and fueled it up, and put the quart of included engine oil in it. After connecting the battery cables I hit the remote start switch and it fired right up. Runs like a charm and Im looking forward to many years of great service from this Westinghouse project. After all they've been making electric equipment for decades and have earned a great deal of trust as an American instituion. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this generator 2 days before Hurricane Beryl hit Houston, Texas and left us without power for over 5 days. This generator was a life saver powering my whole house thru this outage. I highly recommend having a transfer switch installed along with this to make it much easier to use. Excellent investment especially for the Gulf Coast of Texas.

brought this unit roughly 1 month ago.wanted a dual fuel to avoid gas lines. this unit started up 1st time right out of the box.the price was right,other manufacturers price was more than double.easy hook up to gas or propane.plenty of power to supply full power to my house

So far it's working well. Push button/remote start is great. Run's well on both gas or propane. Have put a 5,000+ watt load on it without issue. Just a slight dip/return in RPM when a device is powered up. Only drawback is it's weight over 200 lbs and the plastic wheels are already showing signs of straining from the weight. When unboxed we discovered one of the top frame rails was bent. Not quite touching the gas tank. We accepted the generator with the damage because it did not affect the operability.
