Although I have not had a need to use it yet because no power outage so far this year, the logistics of the delivery were perfect and the generator arrived in perfect condition. And it started right up after reading the instructions. (make sure that the wire near the automatic choke lever is not impeding the movement of the choke)

I bought this a month ago, approximately used it for a few days for the first two weeks. I had it and then went out there to crank it and it won't start. Can't get it to do. Nothing was running fine when I shut it off the day before. Not happy at the moment

I search several reviews and recommendations and the Westinghouse came up consistently. Compared to the competition it has great features and a good price point. Set up was easy out of the box. Looking forward to gettting the transfer switch hooked up to see it power the house.

Just received this generator and was packaged well. Easy to read instructions. Putting the feet and wheels on was simple. Once I leaned it on it's side to put feet on I also put one wheel on . Propped it back up placed the other wheel on with very little effort. Added oil and used it first with Propane to try. Started up right away with remote. Easy to move around with handle. So far great product.

Bought this a couple days ago, went to start it today after filling oil, and fuel; and the gen wont turn over. Pull start is also stuck which means crank is seized on a brand new unit! Seems like someone failed to test this unit in the factory before shipping.

It took me less than thirty minutes to unbox the generator, install the wheels and feet, fill the engine with the included oil, using the included funnel, connect the battery and get it started and running on propane. Excellent manual and assembly instructions! The control panel is easy to work with and understand. Everything is easily accessible on the unit. I will use this as standby for our home connecting it to our primary control panel. Very pleased with the purchase!

This thing is a beast. Unbelievable for the price. I haven't powered anything major with this however unpacking was a breeze and the same for putting the wheels and feet on. Charged the battery, added oil, hooked up propane tank. Started right up and seemed to run perfectly. It's actually much quieter than I expected. Seems well built.

I bought the 9500 last year, but had an easy storm season, so I never took it out of the box. Henri' was heading our way, so my son and I opened the box and set it all up; it started on the spot! I couldn't find info. on how much oil it held, (1 quart), and that was the biggest hassle of putting it together; pouring ever so slowly and checking what felt like every ounce 'til it was filled! The remote start works around corners, YAY! Now I'm on a roll and are planning to install a generator interlock into our breaker box. This is all a response to Sandy; 2 weeks; never again. My heart always goes out to the southern states who always take the brunt of the yearly, hurricane seasons. Stay strong!

Purchased to power whole home in case of power failure. I connected to a propane tank, and it provided power to every room in my home including 2 furnaces and 2 A/C units. Handle and wheels make for easy mobility. Quality generator and highly recommend!

After much research, purchased this generator to power my 50amp transfer switch for emergency power. With dual fuel capability, electric start and plenty of power this generator is a beast! Very pleased with my choice and look forward to years of trouble free service
