I purchased for home backup. I have a large 4600 sqft home with 2 electrical boxes that I fitted both with interlocks. I have tested the unit running off buried 500 gallon propane tank and easily powers most everything I need to in the home. I have not used / tested the unit under load for more than 10 minutes. But the unit easily started on first try and seems to be extremely well constructed. I plan to keep the battery trickle charged and am highly confident it will be ready to power my home when needed. Very happy with purchase.

We are in East Texas and power outages happen often with our storms. We are so excited to put this generator to the test. The advantage of propane is that gasoline can get old if things go well for too long around here. Propane doesn't go bad. We had two other people choose this generator at the same time we did, and found out later we were all on the same page for quality.

I bought this Generator in October. Everything they said about it is true. Its easy to start and has a 50amp plugin for easy access to a plugin for my house transfer switch. I run it on a large propane tank. Lots easier then having a lot of gas cans on hand. I'm looking forward to the next power outage when all I have to do is push a button to start my generator.

Used my 9500DF twice. The last successful test was a month ago. We are expecting a hard freeze tonight. It won't start this morning. On the phone Customer service is impossible just recording. takes a very long time. I am still going through the motion to get help.

I bought this to be prepared for hurricane season in Eastern NC. My house is wired ready for a generator and I like the dual fuel option. It's solidly built yet portable enough to easily move. The instructions for assembly and running were simple. It took me less than thirty minutes to be up and running. For its size, it's reasonably quiet. I love the electric start, so if I'm not at home when the power goes out, my wife can easily fire it up.

After reviewing generators from different vendors I settled on this one. I'm very satisfied with my choice. Both modes of fuel work very well. Started first time with no issues. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the gas take gauge does not work, but that's a minor issue.

Bought this for hurricane season and winter storm protection for both the areas we live in Virginia. We have propane utilities so the dual fuel was perfect. Arrived well packaged and on time, easy assembly and started right up. All we need to do now is have the electrician install an access plug on our circuit panel and we are ready for whatever comes our way.

I bought the W9500DF generator last month to help during the rolling blackouts in California. My home is all electric and I was looking to increase our generator size. The set up was super easy and the remote start with the automatic choke is awesome! My whole family appreciates the remote start. I bought this size because two folks I know have purchased this unit and have been able to start their a/c using this unit and I will be working with my electrician to find out if I can. Very happy so far

I purchased this because we are seniors and we had a generator you had to pull start and when it was 20 below zero and our power went out it would not start. I am in high hopes this electric start will benefit us tremendously. Have already tried it out and love it!!
