After doing lots of research we decided on purchasing the WGen9500DF. The features that we like best about this generator compared to its competitors is: 1. Remote button 2. CO detector 3. Lower maintenance, change oil after every 50 hours 4. Uses less gas compared to its competitors 5. Runs smoother After receiving the generator, we easily assembled the tires, we filled up the oil tank with the oil provided and added gas. It started up right away with the remote button. We let it run for about 20 minutes. No issues.

I bought this product two months ago. Had an electrician install a interlock kit on my main panel with an inlet connection within 30 ft of my generator location. With the 50 amp outlet on the generator and a 50 amp extension I can run my house during power outages. This includes my well. Finally had the chance to use last week after a storm. Really didn’t limit any power usage.

I just received the generator today and it was so easy to setup my husband could have done it. The generator started right up and was much quieter than I was expecting. Like I said this is my first day of ownership but so for so good. From what I see today I would buy again.

Love remote start. Had everything put together in less than 1 hr. Started right up. I live out in country. Power goes out when squirrel farts. I have my house set up to back feed off the generator. Turn all my 220 off and it will run my whole house. I run 3 freezer and refrigerator at same time. It will run electric hot water heater too.

I bought the generator in preparation for the storm season in Texas coast area where I live and the coming winter so I’m not caught in a a terrible situation without power or heat and this one is great and has so many perks and options along with easy to use. Definitely recommend it and it’s a good affordable price for everything you get.

This generator packs a punch when it comes to performance. The remote start feature is an absolute game-changer, offering unparalleled convenience. It took some trial and error to fully understand the generator's functions. A more comprehensive quick start manual would definitely improve the user experience. Despite this hiccup, the generator's performance and the remote start feature make it a valuable asset.

Received the generator in a timely manner and without damage. Mounting the bumpers and wheels can be a two-person job, if weak of heart. This generator has a lot of features, so go slow in the learning process. Once the generator was fuel and ready to go, used my existing switch box to power up the entire house except HVAC system. Will need a hurricane (God forbid) or summer T-storm to fully test the WGen9500DF.

This is powerful for the price. Well built. Good quality. Starts easy with propane. Will not cold start with gasoline. I use plus gas but it will not cold start. After running with propane for a half hour, I can turm it off , switch to gas and then it starts. Assembly was easy. Also the gas gauge does not show any level. Even so I purchased a second one for my son. Same issue with no cold start using gasoline. But the power and price for propane is good.

I PURCHASED THIS GENERATOR TO RUN MY POWER WHEN ELECTRICITY GOES OFF. I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION THAT REQUIRES ELECTRICITY 24/7. ONE DAY IT WENT OFF FOR ABOUT 8+ HOURS AND IHAD AN ISSUE I COULD'NT HANDLE. WE KNEW WE COULD NOT GO THROUGH THAT AGAIN. WE PURCHASED THIS MODEL AND WE CAN'T WAIT TO USE IT. IT HAS ALL THE FEATURES WE NEED FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE (JUST ABOUT).

While it hasn't been needed yet, we are glad it is here for piece of mind, as we do get quite a few power outages, where we live. It went together quickly, and easily, and started easily. The remote is awesome. Couldn't be more pleased. We are confident it will give us many years of service.
