The generator was easy to install and setup. It started right up without any issues. I'm planning on running it on propane only. The documentation is very good and explains how to take care and use the generator. Great price for the features. I especially like the key FOB that can be used to start and stop it.

After careful research we decided to go with this generator to hook in to power our home during power loss. Compared to similar generators we felt the price was reasonable. The set up was quick and easy. (Other than I was an idiot and did not open the fuel petcock when we first tried to start it). The generator fired right up! We love the versatility between gas and propane. We live in Florida so now its just sitting back and waiting for a power outage to see the overall performance. We are confident with the reviews researched and what we have seen so far, the generator will perform as expected. The only reason we did not give a five star was we have not put the generator through the ringer……..yet.

Just purchased this beauty yesterday and will definitely come in handy as it is indented to power up an entire house for my special needs stepson. I installed a circuit panel plug to the electric panel on the house. Will return with a more complete review once used.

After much due diligence we decided on this generator because of positive reviews, size and options. Very happy to have the choice between gas or propane, it has a remote starter, is easily movable and hassle than enough power for our needs. It arrived without any damage and in a timely manner. Hope we won't need it, but very happy we are ready!

We went through the deep freeze in Texas earlier this year and don't want to do that again. After a lot of research and reading reviews, we feel confident the WGen9500DF will meet our needs should that happen again. The unit is well built and solid. The manual is easy to read and understand, which is definitely helpful. Considering the size and power of the generator, the noise level is not bad. Easy to move with good solid wheels, this is a generator that should serve us well for years.

Bought this in October of 2024 and am just taking it out of the box today, very easy to put together, basically all you need to do is put handle and wheels on, add oil, and either add gas or hook up lp tank, directions are so easy, love it , however hopefully won’t need to use to much!

Bought this unit to work with generlink transfer system for standby power for our home. Packaged very well. Added oil. A bit of gas . After put on wheels and legs. Remote started. Fired up in about 5 seconds. Ran perfect. I was very pleased that it has a tool.kit and funnel for oil. Best was no damage or missing parts. And not made in china

Just got the WGen9500DF and the set up could not be easier. Everything is included. I like the features of this generator such as the status display, ability to switch between propane and gas while running and especially the wireless remote start. We don't often loose power but when we do it is for multiple days up to and over a week at a time. This unit will keep our food frozen, coffee made and even allow for AC if needed.

I bought this in June of 2021 and received it in August of 2021. I have lots of older trees around the house and above ground power lines, so its nice to have. The quality of the generator parts seems great, but the frame welds and finish could use improvement. The hole that the wheel bolt goes through had some burs that prevented the bolt from going through. A quick filing removed the burs, but for this price, it seems like the quality should be better. That's my only complaint! I'd give it an A-

Picked up the 9500 and breaking it in as we speak. A couple wires were disconnected and our remote start wasn’t working. The manual didn’t mention that these wires were not plugged in to each other and after diagnosing the issue, she started right up! So, if you are having issues starting your brand new generator, follow the wires from the battery to make sure they are plugged in! Great quality machine so far! We hope to get many years out of it!
