I've enjoyed this generator so far, but I have had some issues booting it up. After adding adequate oil and fuel and connecting the battery, I tried starting it up. It made a noise as if it was starting up and would run for a few seconds, and then shut off. It would repeat that over and over again. I'm hoping I can get to the bottom of this.

I bought this for back up power for my home, didn't want anything big and pricey since we don't lose power a lot or very long. This unit fits the bill perfectly, starts easily for my wife and the remote is nice. The option of dual fuel, I don't have to worry weather I have fuel for it. I haven't used it much yet, other then put fuel and oil in it, and starting it for the first time. But everything worked like it should and fired right up, in addition the noise level is not that bad. Just waiting for the power to go out to see how well it will perform.

Unboxing is super easy. Hooked up to my house and it will run all lights, outlets, fridge, and hot water heater. It is not enough to run the main ac/heater but I can use the stove and washer/dryer if I turn off most other non essentiel items during use. It is definately the more cost effective option if you can live with calculating the load before using your major appliances.

We bought this after a recent outage of electricity, although it has been an ongoing discussion in our house since the previous outage, which lasted 10 days. We have not had to use it as of yet, but will totally be worth the expense when we have this issue again.

Great generator if you have propane and your power goes out for days at a time. Hooked directly to my propane and plugged in the battery tender all to a generlink 50 amp on the house. Powers everything, and you don't have to worry about back feeding the pole when the power comes back on, make sure you cover if you leave outside, for me it's great.

So far this unit has treated us very well. It's easy to set-up and operate. We are still in the break-in period so I haven't pushed it at all yet, but it seems very well made. I love the dual fuel option and the best part about that is that the unit came with all the hook-ups needed for the propane. I was expecting to have to purchase that separately. The push button start is great as well as the remote start. It comes with a maintenance schedule and a parts list as well so no digging through the internet to find what you may need. The wheel could be a bit more rugged, but I don't plan to drag it through the woods anytime soon. Overall it seems like a sturdy unit and well worth the money at this price point.

This generator is built solid! Not only does it have the Dual Fuel option, but it is also remote start/push button start. Now my wife can roll out the generator and get it going. Very pleased with the build product of this generator. Highly Recommended!

Purchased to take to South Louisiana after hurricane IDA. The electricity was out almost 3 weeks and the generator ran perfectly powering lights, fans, refidgerator, freezer and even an electric hot water heater. Very happy with the dual fuel and the battery start. If the electric panel was not so old, I believe it would have powered practically the whole house. (Excluding the central AC unit).. Very satisfied with the purchase, very well made, heavy duty....

Just received the generator this week. Assembly was very easy and prepping for use was provided via one-page instruction and also with product documentation. Generator started right up and had to call customer service as plugged in applicances did not work but the CSR was very friendly and quickly guided me in addressing my problem.

This unit is strong and powerful with 9500 running watts this will run our major household items when the power is out. No more sweltering nights or cold days or going without water and keeping our fridge going as well. Well designed with great features and well built. The last time we lost power, the gas stations were out as well, but with this unit on propane we'll be fine. Unit started right up with both gas and propane with push button start----and a remote key fob start.
