I just got mine delivered yesterday while doubting that this specific model would be enough to power my whole shop but man I tell you, first start up turned on with no problems no factory defects and exceeded my expectations. Really recommend it to anybody looking for their first generator.

I received this generator several days before hurricane Zeta hit the coast of lower Alabama. Thinking we could not possibly be hit again with in a month of a previous storm, Sally, I neglected to read the instructions but at least I took time to assemble the generator (30minutes). The storm hit during the night. I got up the next morning at 4:45 and began reading. I filled the crankcase with oil, attached the hose for running on propane and opened the correct valves. I connected the battery, touched the start button. It immediately came to life and I connected electrical cords to appliances and saved the contents of 2 refrigerator/freezers which I had lost the due to the previous storm. I researched numerous brands of generators and selected what I thought was best for my situation. Hope I never have to use it again but am confident that it will be ready. Have already made comments to friends about this generators capacity and ease of use

Received this generator as promised, looks great. Only took 45 min. to unpack and assemble, (wheels and front feet, add oil and fuel, plug in battery). It started right up with no issues. Ran on gas for a while then switched to propane while running with no issues, ran for a while then switched back, no issues. runs a little rough for only a second when switching between fuel sources but that is expected. Put a light load on it for break in, haven't ran whole house yet but expect it to work perfectly whenever power goes out again.

This is a very well thought out generator that has it all. It is strong enough to power my house (I was running on propane and kept the gas furnace blower going as well as fridge, freezer, lights and tv). Electric start is a nice touch but wonderful that they kept the pull cord too! Dual fuel is awesome! I don’t have to run the carburetor dry each time I use it. The controls are simple and there are lots of plug options. I love it!

My old generator failed right after a severe storm and a couple days without power. I researched for 2 weeks for a replacement before purchasing this model. It was packaged well, and simple to put into service. The owners manual was clear and concise for set up and operating instructions. I look forward to having a fuel option to operate the generator. Now, I feel prepared for further power outages.

Read the manual first. I love that it came with everything you need for starting up the generator except for gas. After putting gas in and oil my new baby started right up. Everything worked as it should test out each outlet except the 50 amp and they all worked.. Great looking generator.

Setup was easy and remote was already synch to the generator. I researched many generators and this one was the best deal. Starts up easily and runs on propane. Has 30 and 50 amp. I am having a lockout and 50 amp plug installed. The tech looked at the generator and was impressed with size and run time.

I bought this after the hurricane in NC. We had a different model, but it wasn't strong enough to also pump water from our well. We didn't actually get to use this one, but we did start it up and it "turned over" on the first push of the electric start! We will definitely be prepared for a future power outage.

I very recently purchased the WGen9500DFc I have yet to use this one. My mom purchased one 2 years ago and it has been great! Very easy to use, extremely convenient remote start, and electric choke. No issues at all yet and it has been been used to supply power to her house a handful of times! One very small hiccup I have noticed is during a cold start I sometimes have to hold the choke back by hand to give it a little more time over the electric setting, like I said very small! Overall it is an awesome machine!

I bought this over a year ago. Worked great. Only used a couple times but ran my large home with ease. On Monday of this week I decided to start it just to exercise it. It would not start. Long story short , I called Westinghouse service Monday, had the new switch Thursday, and I am up and running.
