Generator came nicely packed in a box with no damage. Unpacking and setting up the generator was very easy and the directions and user manual is very good and easy to understand. After set up the generator started right up and ran good. The generator looks really well built. With 9500 running watts I'm ready for the next power outage, very happy with this generator would recommend this generator to anyone looking to buy a generator.

The fit and finish of this generator is really impressive for the price! All controls are easy to use, well thought out and of good quality. You get a lot of nice features for a good price. The WGen 9500DF generator is a great unit straight out of the box. The dual fuel system is an awesome feature allowing for continuous operation with limited disruption when in use. The remote fob also provides a convenient method of starting the generator.

Bought during tax free time in Florida in preparation for the Hurricane season. I hope i never have to use it, but it is a great value, easy to set up, and looks good! The free cover for writing a review is a great bonus! My only negative is that the trickle charger came in with very bent plugs, but I've submitted that via the easy to use website, and I'm sure it will be taken care of!

I recently bought this generator and so far have been impressed with the features. It has a pull start, push button start, and a remote key fob that all work in starting without issues. The sound is not too bad, but as expected with a generator it does have that common loud engine noise when standing next to the generator. From inside the house it's just a low hum. It does run quite stable. I have yet to test it's load. I am having a manual transfer switch installed and once installed will give the generator a full test to ensure it will support the rated watts. No complaints so far. It is heavy and having the wheels and handle making moving it very easy. Wheels seem rugged so far.

The product was purchased in April 2022. I have tested it with power tools in my garage including a large air compressor. I have also hooked it up to my home using a 50 amp 8ga cord @ 25ft. It ran everything in the house with no problem for two hours straight. The generator starts immediately every time. Noise level was no more than a lawn mower.

I have not owned this generator for very long, but it seems to run the way it is supposed to. It starts fine and runs on both gas and propane. I have not use the 220 V but I did check it with a voltmeter. The box initially had a dent in the side of it but not a single scratch on the generator.

I purchased this model after several months of research and video watching. I compared this model against several other brands that are on the market. The price point and features was the determining factors that lead me to buy a Westinghouse. Only time will tell on the performance and longevity of this product.

Looked at many generators. Living on the gulf coast of Flordia we needed a good powerful one. This 9500 has everything we need. Set up a breeze with very easy to understand directions. Got it delivered at noon unpacked and had it running by 1:30. First generator we ever owned and looks like we got a good one.

A great whole house backup - we've already used it a few times and it had no issues running our HVAC and well pump. Because we use well water and electric heat, when power goes out we lose everything so having a backup generator is a must. Yes, it may not be automatic, but at 1/10 the cost of an automatic it's worth it.
