Bang for the $$$, output, and noise level

Product is healthy sized and decent weight, but it was purchased to drive most of our home during a hurricanes or other events. Our goal was noise and this meets our quiet requirement. It's a solid choice and there isn't better for ratings, power, noise, and cost. All the while able to run off our pools 200 gallon propane tank if needed. Plenty of run time there.

Looks good BUT some details not so good

I bought this generator about a week ago so have not run the unit yet. Four issues out of the box and it is brand new. 1.When I went to install the wheels. The axle for one wheel would not go through the axle bracket because there was a metal burr sticking out. I used a dremel tool with a grinder bit to remove the burr. 2. When I went to install the feet, the one had metal fragments in the threads. A pick was able to remove the fragments. 3. The instructions indicated a remote but it was not in the accessories box as indicated. I found the remote attached to the manual start pull chord. 4. When I went online to register the generator, the submit button did not work. It was necessary to call customer support and they registered the generator. Hopefully the generator works better.

Great Generator!

While quite heavy, the generator was easy to set up. Starts on first try, and can run quite a bit! I am using propane, and hopefully it will last a bit longer than gasoline. I was unable to find set up video on Westinghouse's website, but there are plenty on YouTube.

Received our generator

The generator was delivered yesterday & it was very easy to put the wheels on. It even came with the oil and a funnel. We attached the wheels, added the oil and it is ready to go! It Waldo came with an attachment for propane and with the Fob to start from inside the house. We are prepared for the next power outage, I would recommend this product

Excellent product!

I bought this approximately 1 month ago as a backup generator for power outages as I am in a hurricane prone region. It is well made, very easy to use, and has a lot of extras including duel fuel (gas/propane) capabilities, electric start and CO2 sensor. It will be able to power essentially my whole house if power is lost.

Simple to use, easy to set up

This is a very nice generator. Assembly is straight forward, and operation is easy with the push button start. The included and integrated battery charger is a nice feature that will ensure it is always charged, and I like the flexibility of the duel fuel. Having the convenience of using propane or gas is a really nice feature that will help to ensure fuel is always on hand

Awesome generator. Started instantly!

Bought this generator in case of potential power outages. Very heavy piece of equipment but the wheels help tremendously. After installing the wheels, adding the included oil, and filling up with gasoline it started instantly with the push button. Definitely a product I trust to do it's job for years to come.

Best Value For The Money

I bought this portable generator to insure power for our mushroom farm if main power goes out. Upon receiving the power generator, I quickly up packed it from its shipping box, assembled the wheels and stationary feet. I read all the instructions in the owners manual and proceeded to fill the oil and hook up a 20 lbs LPG tank. Checked the charge on the battery (12.56 V) and turned on the On/Off switch. I then linked the remote fob. Extremely easy to accomplish. Then I stood up and pressed the START button on the fob and watched the generator take over and attempted to start up the machine. After 4 or 5 attempts, the engine finally fired up and purred to a steady idle. I plugged in a large space heater and flipped on the Main Breaker. The power light shown ready on the space heater and clicked the on button and it powered up. Very little change occurred on the generator. Happy, I turned off the heater and proceeded to check all 110V receptacles. Then I checked the 50 amp plug with my multi processor welder. Fired it up and pulled a TIG bead at 200 amps. The idle changed at first but soon absorbed the draw without pause. I have not yet tested the generator with gasoline fuel, but the plan was never to use gasoline as a fuel source. I don't want to have to store and revolve the stores of gasoline. I attest to the aforementioned is exactly how I tested the generator unit with the exception of the 30 amp plug (that will be later next week). It was a bit louder than I would have liked but I am very happy with this purchase and plan to purchase a second one in March of 2021 if available.

A hefty piece of equipment!

Got this a few days ago, and easily assembled. Broken in on propane over the last couple of days. Then today in TX with temps around 29, we lost power. So then final break in was completed. Electricians coming next week to install, and set up, a manual transfer switch. This should easily run one third of our 4900' house, and the pool pump in the winter. Or 1/3 of house for A/C in the summer. We are on a very flakey portion of our power grid.
