The anxiety was through the roof when I opened up the box. What a nice piece of equipment, it’s everything as expected. Easy to assemble the legs and wheels well thought out and put together generator. Oiled it up, added gas and it started up with ease. The key fob is the best addition to this generator for sure. Looking forward to using this beast during the next power outage.

I bought this unit to provide emergency power to my home. It arrived quickly and the setup was quick and easy. I integrated the unit into my home power supply and it works great, providing all the power I need to run my home in a power outage condition.

I already owned a smaller 4300 Dual Fuel Generator but never felt adequately covered in case of emergency power outage with it. I have 2 full size refrigerators and a freezer and always feared spoilage if prolonged outages. With the WG9500DF I do not worry and additionally I will have enough power to use my MIG 175 Welder away from home on occasion. When unboxed all was there, and the remote battery start feature is a plus. Installing the wheels was an easy operation after lifting up a bit and resting it of wooden block. Not the quietest but far from the worse.

I bought this generator on May 2021 and tested it as soon arrive (first week of June), and it worked great. It has great features like dual fuel (gasoline and propane), electronic start and remote start. All instructions are easy to follow. I am very happy with this buy.

After hurricane helene, I decided it was time to invest in a generator. I love that this has the option of two fuel types which helps my chances of staying powered on when gasoline can get sparse like it did during the hurricane. I haven’t used it yet but the packaging was spot on and the build quality makes you really feel like this thing will last forever.

In California we have frequent power outages during the winter storms or summer wildfires. I do live on a remote ranch and don’t want to sit in a dark cut out from the rest of the world. My Starlink also requires electricity to keep our phones alive. This generator will take care of this part of a problem

I had it setup with 50amp and interlock on my main breaker. Tested the generator and was able to run everything I needed. I will see if it can handle hot water tank that would be perfect. Quieter than my old Generac. Loved that I can start it on propane then switch to gasoline. Just need to see how well it holds up after next power outage.

I have just received this generator and have only operated it for a 60 minute break-in. It fired up right out of the box, no hesitation at all using propane. First off I would like to point out the quality that is built into this machine. The electric start is a great feature, and also including this really cool long distance key-chain remote to start and stop it from over 100 yards away. No need to weather the storm to stop or start your generator. Another great feature is the dual-fuel ability. this allows you to switch between gas or propane without even turning off the generator. no more temporary blackouts while you change the type of fuel. Includes everything you will need to start it up, (Minus you fuel choice) including a wrench, spark-plug tool, funnel, pouch, propane hose and regulator assembly and even the 1-quart 1-ounce bottle of oil. When this item arrived and was opened every thing was in perfect condition. The packaging was superior in protecting the unit. Assembly was amazingly simple and well thought-out. One of the first indicators of this machines quality is when you first lift the transporting handle to move it. It is a beefy handle with foam wrapping for comfort. The very well designed balance of this generator makes it effortless to more about. My wife can move it with little effort. The tires are large and the lift handle is strong, hefty and secure. O yeah.... the units resting feet have suction cups built-in to prevent the generator from creeping around while running on a smooth surface. I can not wait to put the this machine to work....
