We purchased this generator in preparation for the hurricane season. We had the electrical connection installed to connect the generator to the house. Although we were lucky that we didn't need it during the season, it was the best thing we could have purchased. Wen testing the generator, we disconnected the main power and started the generator. Glad to say, the house connection worked perfect. The generator supplied enough power that we were able to run AC, two fridges, and most lights without any issues. The generator has all the features we wanted and the remote start is great. We would without doubt recommend this generator!

I bought this after the last Texas winter storm and power outage. I plan to keep this unit on hand as a backup power source. Setup was super simple and it worked flawlessly right out of the box. Love the remote start and included charger. You cant beat this generator at the price!

We recently bought a new home which already had a transfer switch installed for the specific WGen9500DF I purchased. The previous owner kept the WGen9500DF he had the home wired for and I was pleased to learn it provided sufficient power for all of the necessities in the event of a storm, i.e., HVAC, Stove/Oven, Refrigerator and lighting. I hope we never have to use it in the event we need it, but I am comfortable it will meet our needs in the event of a hurricane or other power outage.

Would not start on gasoline, 10 attempts. Hooked up propane. It started up on first try. I ran it for 30 minutes, shut it down, switched to gasoline. It started up. Problem solved it self, I think. I have run it for 2 hours, letting it cool down and will try a restart.

Just pickup the generator model WGen9500Fc. Unboxing and setting up was very easy per the instruction booklet. Used propane for the fuel source and it started 1st try. Ran 1 chest freezer on the generator and it ran effortlessly, Great Product very glad I got this one.

Bought it last month in case of outage this winter. Liked how easy it was to put together, put the legs and wheels on in about five minutes. Filled it with the oil provided put about a gal of gas hooked propane and started after carburetor filed with gas, easy to switch from gas to propane.

Just received item. Started right away, I just was unable to start it with the pull cord. It is tough and I'm strong enough. I have not hooked it up to propane yet, but I think this will work great. I bought this because then we likely will never have a hurricane like Ian, last year. It was like insurance, spend the money, then you won't need it.

I purchased this generator earlier this month and have had a very easy time setting it up and getting accustomed to the remote start and connecting the 50A power output. One notable aspect of the remote function is that it takes about 5-8 seconds after a single button-press to shut-off the generator for it to come to a halt, and that repeated pushes or "push and hold" is unnecessary.

Bought for emergencies and have started it periodically with zero issue. Works great on gasoline or propane - with remote start and trickle charge to keep start battery ready to go when you need it. Great power output options as well. Very pleased!

We bought this for the upcoming hurricane season and tested it yesterday. Got the oil and gas in, and hooked up the battery. Took two tries with the electric start button, but that was because the gas had to get through the fuel system. Started right up on the second press of the button.
