Recently purchased! Fast on time delivery! Product as advertised! I've unboxed and assembled, but have not had time to run it. Hope all continues to go well!! Nice looking generator; heavy-duty and sophisticated at the same time! It took me a month to do reviews and Googles to find out this was the best buy. I wanted the little extras like push start, keyless remote, LED lights, cushion wheels, padded pull bar, filtered exhaust,etc.. I got the looks, power, features, warranty, plus a Free cover when I registered the generator.

Read many reviews and decided to buy the Westinghouse with 9500 running watts. It is dual fuel and comes with remote start which is good for what I need. Setup was straight forward and easy to operate when I tried it the first time. Guess I will find out how it work when next power out situation.

Received our new generator in January and now feel we are really ready for hurricane season this year. While it is dual fuel we will use solely the propane fuel to alleviate all the maintenance required with gasoline. Great product with easy set up instructions. I will update if we have to use it this year.

I purchased this generator as a means of providing power to the house in case of a power failure. This dual fuel source generator has performed beyond my expectations. It was delivered well wrapped with all the parts that needed to be attached in a cardboard box that was in great shape. The delivery man placed it in my garage, so I did not have to struggle with a large, heavy box. The contents of the box were in great shape and upon placing the extra parts on the generator I started it. After hooking up the battery, it started and ran like a charm. It is a great product that has been well designed. It has much to be commended.

Received my Westinghouse Wgen9500DFC and couldn’t be more happy with my purchase! After doing a lot of research of how big of a generator I would need to run my house this size is perfect. Does everything I need, also being duel fuel allows me not to store gas and just use propane to run it.

Although it took longer than expected to receive, it was definitely worth the wait. This generator runs our entire house with no problems. After doing some research I could have purchased a smaller unit, but more power is always better and this 9500 watt generator does not disappoint.

Bought about a year ago, didnt use till today. Was nice to take time and go through manual and learn generator. Started after two pulls. Ran nice. Easily manuverable, nice product for the price.Beats spending two or three times as much.for competitors product.

Bought this generator to run our shop tools until we could get power hooked up. It has all the plugins that I would need to run any of my tools. So far it has ran great. Only complaint is it is a little loud but for this big of a generator it is bearable.

Tis is our second Westinghouse Generator. We had the same one when we lived in Michigan and had it wired to the fuse box. It ran everything that we needed during power outages. Now we live in Florida and the power went out during Hurricane Helene and we did not have a generator. Ordered this right after. Just got and now hurricane Milton is almost here. Pretty sure this will come in handy.

I bought this to replace a generator that I’ve had for 20 plus years that quit working. I use it as a backup to power what I need in my house when the power goes out. When I got it home I unpacked it and assembled it according to the instructions, which took about a half hour. If you follow the instructions you should have no problems as they are easy to follow. After assembly I fired it up using gasoline. It took a few seconds for the gas to work it’s way from the tank to the engine but when it started it ran very smooth and was quieter than I expected (much quieter than my old one). I then switched it over to propane while it was running and it didn’t miss a beat. I then checked the electrical output and everything was in spec. Overall I’m very happy with this generator. It seems well built and should serve my needs for a long time.
