So far so good. Easy assembly and started immediately. Fob, pull and push button all work as they should. Only tested it so far, but looks great and powerful. Reading the spec manual it says not to operate for extended periods below 5F. We lose power in Iowa we could well be below that. Put in 5W30 synthetic (allowable in the manual) as a precaution, instead of using the oil provided.

I bought this a few months ago. I had to use it recently when bad weather came through and a tornado touched down not to far from were I live. I lost complete power for days. This generator worked perfect and I was able to run everything I needed until power was restored in my area. 5 stars definitely would recommend this generator.

The equipment was started today and it started without any issue, both by pull start and by remote. Tested plugging in some lights and it works. Has not been connected to major appliances etc. yet. Have to engage an electrician to get it connected in the appropriate and right manner.

I bought this generator because of the dual fuel, solid wheels, the overall ratings it was getting, the amount of wattage it produced, the number of outlets it had and the display window for hours used. I started it and went through the start up procedures without any problems. I am happy so far, but the real test when its ten years old.

Assembly was SUPER easy two small legs and two wheels needed to be put on. Added oil and gas, hit the start button and running awesome. Only thing I found to be useless was the remote start. You have to turn the power on for the remote start to work, well the push to start button on the machine is right next to the power on button

Just got this installed today up and running. My renter will be also using it and starting it up. He was surprised how easy it is to use. I bought another generator from a different manufacturer for my house due to it's bigger size. This unit offered a lot of "bang for the buck" such as four 120V outlets, compact size and keyless fob. Great features! It started right up and ran excellent. Thanks Westinghouse for such a great product! I would recommend to ship it in a far more sturdy box as my first delivered one was damaged and therefore rejected to receive. The one I kept also received some frame damaged but minor enough to except. A tougher box would be so much better and save rejections. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase.

Assembly and start up by manual instruction went well. This product seems to be well built. It started up instantly with gas, but stumbled for about 15 seconds on propane before smoothing out. With less than 30 minutes on machine I am very pleased. I have not connected to house yet but soon I hope.

After reading the reviews, i felt this was a great selection. Some minor issues with assembling- feet install bolts would not thread in due to bad alignment in assemble, the pin for the one of the tire mounts would not go through the hole due to a metal bur, had to clean up....

I just received this yesterday, September 7, 2021. The package arrived in good condition but the pallet was beat up and broken. I unpacked the generation and saw that everything appeared to be fine. I added the oil and gas. The instructions were easy to understand. Following the instructions I attempted to start the generator electrically but it wouldn't start. Reviewed the directions again but it didn't start. I then decided to move the choke from the warm to cold position. The generator immediately started up electrically. I was under the impression that the choke was automatic when the electronic start was used. I used the FOB twice to start and stop the generator. I stopped it the last time from about 30 yards away. Home Depot didn't provide any updated shipping info. The generator arrive yesterday out of the blue.

We just received and so far everything looks great. The product was delivered nicely and in perfect condition. It is loud but as expected. The product is easy to move for my husband. Turned on and powered up. Just waiting to give it a whole house test once our subpanel is installed. So far so good, five stars.
