Purchased this for a power backup. The generator is a nice size. It has a little weight to it but with the handles on the frame. It moves pretty easy. It runs everything in our house that needs to be run. For the size the noise level isn't that bad. I have not used the propane part of it but everything else on it works perfectly. Make sure you read the manual and break it in like you are supposed to. I would recommend this to others. Starts very easily.

This is a good price for this generator. I made the mistake do not really checking it out when it arrived. After I had removed all the packaging, I noticed the top rails of the frame bent. I notified the company right away and was able to get an immediate response. I had to return it and am waiting a new one to be shipped out. Great customer service. P.S. keep your shipping material until after you checked out your purchase.

Excellent generator has lots of features for the price easy to start with push button remote. Has the convenience of Dual fuel with propane or gas, The only thing that should be included is a running generator cover since most of the time the generator will be operated under rain or snow.

This is just an initial review. I have not used this unit under any real load. 1. Delivery - Impressive. I live on a 1/4 mile long gravel driveway. I did not realize the unit would be delivered via tractor-trailer although I did spend some time looking when I ordered. The gentleman who delivered it parked on the little country road at the end of our driveway, unloaded the unit with the electric pallet fork and then drove the entire driveway with the electric pallet forks. I was stunned when I responded to the doorbell to find him standing there with the 200lb delivery. He went above and beyond. Very impressed! 2. Initial quality - Packaging was more than sufficient. There was no damage. - All the parts were in the box - including the remote start which took me a few minutes to find (it was hooked on the pull start rope (lol).) - Assembly was well detailed (and understandable) in the user's manual and simple to complete. Yes, I always read the user's manual and I am not ashamed. Initial startup - Initial startup was a breeze. This is the first time I have ever owned a unit with electric start. It is worth EVERY PENNY! And the remote start? Functionality and convenience for an emergency. Imagine that! - Ran the unit for a couple hours on gas. Changed the oil. - Ran the unit until the gas completely ran dry. - Switched over to propane. The unit ran like a dream. So far, Sam's Club and Westinghouse have exceeded my expectations. Now to find an electrician to install a transfer switch to the main panel. Sounds like fun!

This generator is a beast to power all. Remote fob, power on button or pull cord. I had a 50amp inlet professionally installed to my breaker box. Bottom line I can power my entire house. Obviously you pick and choose what you want to save gasoline or propane if needed. Saved over $10,000 not buying a generic. Our house is 8 years old and we’ve been without power maybe 6 times so this investment was definitely justified.

Very impressed with this generator. Shipping box was not damaged. Followed the directions put in oil, connected propane tank and generator started right up. I’m still not done with the 5 hour break in period. So far I’m very happy with this purchase.

Hard to review. Generator damaged during shipment. Received on March 3rd and submitted an incident report immediately and have not got an answer from Sams or the manufacturer as to what to do with it. It is sitting in garage. 21 days is long enough to get an answer so will not order a generator on line again from Sams Club. Will be loading into my van and hauling it into a store to get my money back.

Purchased to power a food truck with coolers, water pump, lights, and other electrical. Works like a dream, easy to manage, plenty of power! I plan to add a transfer switch to my home and use it for outages. Couldn't be happier for the price point!

Recieved on good condition. Have only done an initial test so far. Was able to run multiple items at the same time without any issues. really like the remote start, will come in handy during inclment weather. Only issue was with the flakey freight company, poor customer service on their end. Walmart should really reconsider using them in the future.

From the minute you open the box you can tell it’s a high quality generator. Everything is well packed and easy to find. It only takes a few minutes to assemble the wheels and feet. Beyond that, all you need is to fill the oil. Everything you need (excluding fuel) is in the box. I opted to test it with propane. Fired right up and ran smoothly. Connected it to my 50A power inlet, flipped the interlock and breakers and we were running everything but the dryer and 5 ton AC off the generator. It wasn’t even working hard. I picked up two window AC units that I plan to use if needed. We can live without the electric dryer but I’m thinking this WGen9500DF would handle it. Sam’s delivery service (Estes) was excellent. The guy put it right in the garage. All in all, I’m extremely pleased!
