I did not receive the item I ordered, I am guessing they were out of stock and sent me the tri-fuel with the CO sensor(slightly upgraded model) sticker on box said free upgrade. When they delivered it however they delivered it a few days early which in itself is not a problem except they delivered it at 9:30PM and no door knock. My $1000.00 delivery item was therefore left outside halfway in the driveway and halfway on porch overnight, with no communication until 8AM that it was there. My husband found it the next morning on his way out the door for work.

Generator seems well built, I haven't really used it yet besides the break in period. One thing that was overlooked in the design is the remote start key fob. If you had this generator setup with a receptacle already to go to back feed into your house, you still have to go out side to flip the battery switch on for the key fob to work. It kind of defeats the purpose of a remote start key fob.

Brand new generator straight from the box. Followed all directions to a tee for setup and start up. Just in time for the coming storm. Nothing. No start up, nothing. I go through all the steps of the manual several times. Still won't start. Call a certified mechanic neighbor to come over. He's going through all the same steps as I did. Nothing just a wah wah,wah, wah, with no start. Pull start and electric start. Nothing on the eve of the storm of the decade. Great product Westinghouse. Its not working brand new out the box. I call the westinghouse support center number. All I get is they are backed up and will get back to me in 3 to 5 days. With an EMAIL! Really, this is your customer service? CONSIDER YOUR CHOICES VERY CAREFULLY ON THIS PRODUCT. I spent 5 hours trying to get this thing to start and missed a day of work in order to find a solution. Its sitting in my garage now. Cold , not starting and waiting for westinghouse to send me an email in 3 to 5 days. I guess me and my family can wait the five days in the cold without power........

Super happy with this generator so far. Unboxed it, put the wheels and feet on, filled up the oil and connected a propane tank to it. Fired right up with the first press of the remote fob. It gives me piece of mind knowing that if the power goes out I'll have backup ready to go. We plan on using this to supply power to most of our house in the event of an outage.

Excellent features 220vac 120vac, dual fuel. Runs my water well great. And enough power to also charge batteries and other items at the same time. Do wish the wheels were larger diameter. Have some trouble going through some rougher terrain than pavement. Easy to assemble. But you Definitely want a 10mm socket to tighten bolts holding on the front lifts over the supplied open end wrench. Comes with a quart of 10W-30W oil to get started ( with a funnel!). And the remote start fob is a great add.

Unboxed this today. Assembly is easy. A little tough to get the wheels on by myself as this thing weighs well over 200lbs. Assembled wheels and feet, filled with oil. Stopped short of gassing it up and running it. Will try this weekend when more time allows. So far, very easy to read instructions and the generator looks great.

Bought this several months ago. Needed some brute strength to set it up for me cause I couldn’t get it out of the box. He set it up easy enough. Revved right up after gas and oil added. Love the features especially the remote start. I’m ready for the next outage.

Have yet to put this gennie to work for an extended period, but so far it's performed great for initial setup and startup. The electrician who installed the Generlink so we could plug it into our main panel said he sees a lot of exactly this model and folks are happy with them.

Our new Westinghouse generator is going to be used as an emergency backup for power outages. We are happy with our choice.

I do not have an owners manual or any assembly instructions for this generator. will you please send one? Thanks
