I am a contractor and have owned many generators this is my first dual fuel and I have tested every option on this generator , I am very pleased and impressed Every option is user friendly if I were to make one negative review it would be they ship and supply 1 quart of oil and it requires 1.16 quarts of oil check your manual

So far this generator has been absolutely amazing, tested it out today when it arrived on the house and then I also tested it with my welder and plasma cutter. this thing handles a load without you even noticing you are getting the power from a generator. would absolutely recommend to anyone that is looking for piece of mind during hurricane season or is looking for a job site unit for running tools and equipment. also a lot quieter than others that I have owned

We just moved to Northern Michigan from a town that rarely had power issues. We have been here 2 months, and already have had 2 outages. As I'm writing this review, the generator is running EVERYTHING. I'm so glad I have this right now, new neighbors are stopping by, and wondering why my house is the only 1 lit up.

I have researched a number of generators in the last year and decided to purchase the Wgen9500DF, for several major reasons. Powerful unit, runs on gasoline and LPG gas, affordable, sturdy, nice design, great features, 3 year manufacturer warranty. Came well packaged and no damages. It was very easy to install the never flat wheels and stand. I am already loving this product and very happy with this unit and believe it is the right choice for my needs. I can't await to see it in action, in the next power outage or storm event.

I bought this about three months ago and it already came in handy during a day long power outage. It powered my refrigerators and chest freezer along with my well pump and a few other outlets. The propane option is great since I don't have to worry about ethanol eating away at the fuel supply parts while the unit is idle. The remote start feature is nice to have also.

we wanted a whole house portable generator to provide a back up. After much research...I decided on the Westinghouse WGen 9500DF. It was a great deal in comparison to a Generac or Honda, and so far it delivers just as well as those brands. We are able to power the entire house with it using a 50amp connection and interlock kit hooked up to our breaker panel. This beast even runs the central AC unit! (although you do need a "soft start" device installed on the AC compressor to help things along) We are very pleased so far with the generator and feel much better prepared for the next outage.

Purchased back in June after a tornado left us without power for several days. I refuse to deal with that again. After weeks of research, I decided on this 9500DF and couldn't have picked a better model. She's a beauty and will power exactly what we need to be comfortable.

We recently had a really bad snow storm that caused us to be without power for several days. Because of that, we knew we needed a generator. However, they were being ordered and bought us very quickly. So we became worried we would not receive on in time for the next predicted storms. But we did! We ordered this and got it within a week just before our next storm! Very happy with that.

When attaching feet, one stud would need thread in as that hole had never been tapped. Also serial number for warranty registration is not where expressed included paper work in packet shipped with generator. You will find location when you register on line

My new Westinghouse Dual Fuel Generator just arrived. Assembly was simple and quick. Connected a propane tank and it fired up immediately. Simple to operate, I like the remote start feature, and the 50 amp connection that will make it simple and quick to connect to my home!
