I just received this generator this evening. It took about 10-15 minutes to put the wheels on, add oil and gas. It fired up with the remote on the first go. I'm not letting it run for 4-5 hours for the break in period. I've tried the remote stop and start from our kitchen and it works great. Can't wait to get this on my welding trailer for my welders.

Just bought this generator and it was delivered fast. Two days early. Directions were easy to follow. Had it all together and running in no time. Was a lot quieter then I thought it would be with its size. Ran everything I asked it to and more. Would recommend this 12500 generator to anyone. Great machine.

The generator works good. I am able to run my home's old central 3-ton AC, and more. I had an electrician put a 50 amp inlet to my breaker box. The only issue is that I need to use starter fluid (spray can) to get the engine to start when cold. I use the remote electric start and spray some fluid into the air filter when the engine starts turning over, and it starts. When warmed up it starts on its own. I like the fact that it comes with a battery charger. Every couple of months of storage you should charge the battery for 8 hours. I like the remote start. If I want, I can start and stop the generator from inside my house.

The generator was delivered today. Added the oil, gas, and put the wheels and bottom legs on. Very simple. Read some instructions which is normal for most men! Read what I needed to turn it on using the key fob and it started the first time. Will try it out more during this month. Very happy with the purchase at this tim

Instruction book is easy to understand, clearly written and well illustrated. Started easily and immediately. Remote start pairing instructions were clear and simple. Would buy this generator again.

I recently purchased the WGen9500DF because I wanted a dual fuel generator to run on propane with a backup of gas. I used it for the first time yesterday for 5-1/2 hours while the power was out and it ran perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase so far. I had a 50 AMP receptacle installed so I can connect a cable to the generator and have it connect to the whole house. No more extension cords!

I bought this to power my home in case of power outages due to winter storms. It has all the options that I needed and a remote start to use in inclement weather. It has a small profile with plenty of power and multiple output options. It is quiet and efficient.

We purchased this generator as a backup supply for our main camp building. Though initially purchased in case of winter storm outages, we have used it multiple times already this summer during short periods. It has started every time and been a big savings to our program and supplies!

I bought this last month to replace an old generator that came with the house and got the WGen9500DF. Wow. I was impressed with the features on the unit. Circuit breakers, electric and remote start, voltage output display and running time. It even has a plug to keep the battery charged. I have only run it on gas so far but will eventually hook it up to propane on site. I has to be at least half as quiet as the old unit. Its a love hate relationship. I hate to have to use it but when I need it, I love having it!
