Everything works. I tested it out today, using propane. The electronic starter works great. It takes three times to get started, but it knows enough to automatically repeat the 2 last times, and get the engine started. Even after it had been warmed up, it still takes 3 starts. The remote start key fob works perfectly as well to start and stop the engine. Straight from the factory, the lithium-ion battery has enough joules to start the motor. After the test, I charged up the battery using the included charger. When the light on the charger changes from red to green, the battery is charged up. I am very pleased with the purchase. Now I have peace of mind in case of another deadly Texas winter freeze (as in Feb. 2021).

I bought this as a back up in case we lose power. Right out of the box you can tell it's well built. It has well thought out features like, remote start and push button start. I have only run it for an hour to break it in but so far I am really liking it and think it should provide many years of service.

The instructions are easy to read and understand. It is easy to start up and use and an all-around nice-looking piece of equipment. The wheels and handle make it a lot easier for an older person to move it around. I haven't "loaded it up" yet but am looking forward to seeing what this beast can do.

Just got this yesterday and unboxed it and oh my gosh this thing is wicked bad it should be able to run my whole Halloween maze that’s the reason I bought it. Put the oil in it added some gas to it purrs like a kitten love it can’t wait to use it in October.

Bought during a huge snow storm I knew my old generator was on its last legs arrived just in time the old one gave out completely ran my whole house for the remainder of power outage that lasted 14 days. Have 52 hours now first 2 oil changes done 25hr and 50 for break in. Get yourself a gallon of a good 10 /30 oil takes a little more than a quart per oil change but I know a guy who ran the first 100 hrs no oil change and his is doing just fine but deffinatly change your oil don't be that guy. Have no used propane yet but nice as a back up source make sure you follow the manual and you will be just fine.

My husband purchased this generator for welding projects. He wanted something portable and enough power. It has all that. But it also has option to switch between gas or propane easily, and we can use it for emergency power. It has all the fixings to hook up to the house if needed. It's louder than our other generator, but not crazy loud. It's a generator, so you have to expect some noise. A good buy.

I bought it in 5-19-2021. Got it out of the box and set it up. Should have tried to run it a year later I lost power and tried to use it and it would not start, would not even fire. With my health failing I never got around to doing anything with it. Now I’m trying to find a service provider to look at why it will not run. I still think it is a good generator and I’m just having a minor problem I hope.

I Just bought the 9500 duel fuel generator and I am so pleased with this purchase. The Generator has electric start. It came with a battery and a battery charger. The assembly was easy . It comes with oil and a wheel kit. I put the oil in fueled up and push the start button and it runs. That easy! It’s price right too. Much lower than comparable generators. Great product guys.👍

With the winter storm in Texas, I immediately did research on buying a portable generator for the house. One of the top generators (and at an awesome price) was this one here. Having received it and setting it up, I must say it's features are slick and exceeded my expectations on what a generator would have. The dual fuel feature is useful, and the electric start along with a remote switch is truly impressive. For someone who has never used a generator before, I was glad that this was an easy setup and that the instructions as well as maintenance are simple and easy to follow. Westinghouse has definitely left an impression on me and I look forward to using this product for any emergency as well as buying any other products.

I purchased this product in a pinch. An ice storm knocked our power out and we were told it would be 5+ days to get back. I’m happy to say this thing helped us tremendously through a pretty nasty natural disaster. It ran for almost 6 days straight; stopping only to re-fuel and change the oil. I’d highly recommend to anyone as a quality product.
