Love remote start. Had everything put together in less than 1 hr. Started right up. I live out in country. Power goes out when squirrel farts. I have my house set up to back feed off the generator. Turn all my 220 off and it will run my whole house. I run 3 freezer and refrigerator at same time. It will run electric hot water heater too.

We literally just unboxed the generator so this review will not include usage information. Upon delivery the box was very sturdy and not easily punctured. All extra components were easily identified though not all items are located in the component box. The fob was attached to the instrument panel and the natural gas hose was in a bag within the frame. Both were easily found. Installing feet and wheels was easy but you need someone with strength to lift onto props (of course). My recommendation is to use same the letters in the content list as the instructions. So if the hitch pin is "D" on the list, use "D" in the instructions. The rest of the instructions look easy to follow even for those unfamiliar with small engines. We are purchasing this generator for use as a backup when power is out long term. We will be installing a transfer switch and a connection for our gas line for flexible use.

We were experiencing lots of power issues in our area as the bugs had got into the Ash trees here and when they tress would fall they were taking down the power line causing power outages. Every other day our power was going out. Our old generator we had took a dump so we had to purchase a new one. Found the Westinghouse WGEN9500DF and read the people's reviews and found all positive reviews and decided to give it a whirl. We love that we can hook it up to Propane. Doesn't gunk up the carburetor! It burns clean and it's not as loud as our last one! We love it and definitely recommend it.

Have been wanting a generator for quite some time. After a reasonable amount of research, I decided on the WGen9500DF. Arrived quicker than expected. Minor assembly was required. Super simple. Have only used for about 5 hours (break in period). Machine ran very smooth. Tried running various things including our travel trailer. Every thing worked to my expectations. Very happy with my purchase.

Bought based on reviews of others. Will be used as a back up for storm outages. Love the dual fuel option. I intend on running on propane so I do not have to deal with fuel related issues as it will do more sitting than anything. Will update as I use it.

I purchased this generator approximately six weeks ago and just love it. It is a beautiful looking unit but, I am amazed at the simplicity of operation. I just set the fuel selector, turned on the power button and pressed the start button on the remote and varoooooom.

My husband I recently bought this generator as an upgrade to our existing and it is great. The duel fuel is handy and the fact that you can buy an ATS and get this generator to kick on automatically during power outages. Its big enough to run exactly what we need!

I bought following our hard February freeze in Texas. My 4000 watt gen served us we'll, but gave us the insight to go larger. After much review of available sizes, features and brands, bought the 12500 watt Westinghouse generator. After it arrived, I had it running on both propane and gasoline in about 20 minutes. It is a high quality product with the features (12,500 w, dual fuel, electric start, remote start) that I want for that next coming disaster on Gaveston Island. Highly recommended.

Purchased due to husband on oxygen concentrator and it needs power to run. This is just back up in case our power goes out. We have not set it up yet and need to have someone come to create a plug in so I can just plug it in and start it up. I like the idea of duel fuel, LP or gas. Still need to learn more about it . I bought this a month ago and just received this generator. Couldn't wait for it. Boxed up very nicely. Comes with oil, funnel, spark plug tool, wrench, and the wonderful key fab. I love how this is dual fuel. I plan on getting (2) 120 gallon propane tanks for a long run time. After I added oil, I hooked up the propane and pressed the start on the fab. Fired right up! Great looking too.
