I received the generator in June of 2024 and as of this date I have not had to use it but the Quality is excellent, Assembly was minimal and very easy, Duel Fuel (Propane & Gas) was a major reason for my purchase, Power range is what I wanted and the price was very competitive . I'm certain that if I need to use the generator i will not be disappointed.

This generator is excellent, the features are outstanding and we love how powerful it is. Only used propane, but so far so good. All generators are loud while operating, but this one actually runs a little bit quieter than we expected, especially for being such a large capacity.

I just received this item. I like the compact features and the dual fuel option. I haven't used it to power my house yet. I like the stated run time on a tank of gas. It is longer than other units I looked at. It also has the power to run most all the items in my house in an emergency

Generator arrived in a really nice sturdy box. Other generators I have bought have broken boxes because they are so heavy. No problems here. Easily unboxed and finished installation including installing the wheels and adding oil. Hooked it up to propane and started right up. I haven't had to use yet under a heavy load but working fine so far under a light load. Ultimately plan to connect it to a house transfer switch to power the entire house.

I've been looking for a generator for an extended period of time and when I found out about the Westinghouse product line, I was very impressed not only for how many features it had but was the cheapest on the market for its size. By far the best decision I made, tried starting it for the first time by using the remote key fob and immediately started right up. Good quality product.

I bought this generator on September 4 and just received it. In the process of assembly now but I'm sure it will be a great generator based on my research. I'll be giving it a preliminary review of 3 stars only because it is not together and running yet.

I have just received this generator and have only operated it for a 60 minute break-in. It fired up right out of the box, no hesitation at all using propane. First off I would like to point out the quality that is built into this machine. The electric start is a great feature, and also including this really cool long distance key-chain remote to start and stop it from over 100 yards away. No need to weather the storm to stop or start your generator. Another great feature is the dual-fuel ability. this allows you to switch between gas or propane without even turning off the generator. no more temporary blackouts while you change the type of fuel. Includes everything you will need to start it up, (Minus you fuel choice) including a wrench, spark-plug tool, funnel, pouch, propane hose and regulator assembly and even the 1-quart 1-ounce bottle of oil. When this item arrived and was opened every thing was in perfect condition. The packaging was superior in protecting the unit. Assembly was amazingly simple and well thought-out. One of the first indicators of this machines quality is when you first lift the transporting handle to move it. It is a beefy handle with foam wrapping for comfort. The very well designed balance of this generator makes it effortless to more about. My wife can move it with little effort. The tires are large and the lift handle is strong, hefty and secure. O yeah.... the units resting feet have suction cups built-in to prevent the generator from creeping around while running on a smooth surface. I can not wait to put the this machine to work.... Bought this generator to replace one used as backup to the solar system at our mountain cabin. Easy to assemble & hook up. No problem pairing the remote starter. Did require the propane company to install a step down regulator on our 1000 gal tank to obtain the correct pressure. Runs like a champ and powers the entire cabin without a problem. Is surprisingly quiet for a generator this big. The ability to start the generator from the cabin when it's raining or snowing is a fantastic feature.

I bought this a few months ago in anticipation of an upcoming power outage and with the bomb cyclone headed our way with record low temperatures and wind chills, I feel super confident that we will stay warm with out Westinghouse generator and the transfer switch I had installed on the house a couple of years ago. I hope we don't need to use it but I have it in case we do. And I had a different generator that I got rid of and replaced it with this one because it has a push to start and dual fuel.

Purchased this generator for the winter nor’easter season in coastal New England. Hooked up a propane tank from my grill, pressed one button and off it went. Ran steadily for a few hours to break in the engine and still have propane to spare. Love the remote so that I can start it from inside. Very heavy but very easy to move with the sturdy handle. Great portable generator!
