In the middle of a 3 day power outage, we did searching and reviews and this was the best choice to power our house. We received it 2 weeks earlier than expected and it is amazing. We are troubleshooting ahead of time for when it will be needed for our small RV and hopefully never, but to power our house. The propane/gas feature is ideal and we are beyond ecstatic with our purchase! Ready to go!

I bought this generator after losing power for days after any storm that comes through or area. The 9500DFc will power up all the necessary home infrastructure required. Nice features and solid design with remote start makes this generator a dependable unit.

Bought the generator based on features and size, received it nicely deleivered (it is heavy!). It sat for a couple of months before starting it, so put in gasoline and all the other setup instructions, and it would not start. Hooking up a propane tank, it started right up. Getting customer service to help, they walked me through some things to test/try, and further action/service will be needed. The only advice I can give at this time is to run some gasoline through it as soon as you get it, to remove any residual gas that may have been used to test-run the engine before shipping. Looking forward to getting it running on gasoline as well propane!

I have only had the Westinghouse 9500DF for less than a month. Set up was very simple and only a couple of things to complete. The generator was started on gasoline and it started immediately on remote start. It has not been tested long term yet but the initial condition and operation is excellent.

bought april 8, 2024 and right out of box simple to put on wheels and legs. connected to propane, added oil and started right up!!!! simple push button or remote! started right on que and ran quieter than expected! great product that will hopefully service my family for years!!!

I purchased this generator in January,2022. Love it! So many features including key fob to start. I can run it on gas or propane with 1 switch. Easy to move. I can run my entire house with power to spare! I would purchase again and recommend to anyone needing a generator. Love it! Andy,Sc

I loose power quite often where I live, decided to go with this and surprisingly it came with everything I needed! Hoses and oil etc. Very simple to set up and so easy to use my kids can run it. This powered my whole house!! Worth every penny! Thank you!

After researching emergency generators, I decided on this one. So far, great choice. Assembly took 20 minutes, including filling wit fuel and oil. Plugged in battery and started almost immediately. Haven't gotten it hardwired in yet, but the unit itself is excellent.

After researching several generators, we decided to purchase this one. Set up was easy and it started right up after following the instructions. We love the wireless remote feature and it's easy to move around. We almost can't wait for a power outage to try it out!

My husband and I bought the WGen9500DF because of the wattage, push button start, and the dual fuel. At our age I just couldn't pull start our old generator. We donated it to our neighbor who keeps an eye on us. I just wished it had four wheels because it is a little hard for me to move it out of storage to our deck.
