I purchased this particular generator after suffering through a winter storm without power for 8 days. After weeks of research I landed on this one. I am very pleased I took the time to research various generators. This one is amazing and simple to use. I haven’t even put gasoline in it yet. So far I have been running it on propane and it runs without any issues at all. Setup was effortless and with the installation of a transfer switch, this bad boy will power the most important electrical components of my house when I need it most. I highly recommend this product.

We bought the generator a few months back in preparation of the Florida Hurricane season. A few weeks, we were under a threat of Hurricane Dahlia and we had to begin preparations for the storm. We took the generator out of the box, set up was extremely easy, hooked up the propane fuel and generator started right up with no issues. It was the easiest experience we've had with a generator. Our previous generator was a manual pull start and that would several tries before it would actually start. We're extremely pleased with this new generator and we recommend it to anyone seeking to buy one.

The generator was delivered in excellent shape. I unpacked it and put the wheels alone by myself. It is easy to move around with the handle bar. I used Propane to start it up after adding the crank case oil. I pushed the key fob remote once and the engine automatically cranked three separate time then started. It is pretty loud but what can you expect? Inside I could barely hear it though on the other side of the house. I plugged in a light to see if it worked, and it did. So far, so good. The electrician comes soon to wire a transfer switch.

We've been through two storms leaving us without power for days and our new Westinghouse 9500DF is so powerful, we'll be able to run most of the house in the next storm. Set up was easy and runs so easily. Easy to transport. Love the dual fuel options.

Bought this last week to power our camper while boondocking. Have not used it yet other then initial start up and it fired right up using propane. A little louder then I was hoping for but I believe with the A/C units running the sound of it won’t be that big of a problem.

Bought to replace aging generator to use during storm outages in Louisiana. Assembly was minimum and easy with the supplied instructions. Started right up and ran great. Have not used to run my house yet but should run the complete house as I have only window units and gas stove and water heater.

I received my new generator this week. Set-up was quick and easy. It took me longer to unbox it, which indicates how well it is packaged. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. It has awesome safety features. It started easily once I opened the fuel line. (Read all the instructions). The auto start and remote starter are awesome features. It will be another week or two before I have my power inlet box installed, so I have not put the generator under load yet, but with all the other great reviews, I don't expect any issues.

I bought this product after Hurricane Helena came through our area and we were out of power for 5 1/2 days. It has great features, and I know it will be just what we need to keep our home up and running if and when we should be in another situation where we need it!

I put this together in about an 1hr and that included start up, this generator is very well built. comes with all the good stuff I need like fuel gauge, electric start with hand held start phob, battery charger, propane hose and regular, tool kit, and oil, that my old 7500 old one did not have and and with about the same 74 db of noise. also I paid about the same as my old one. and I get a much larger and more complete unit. I can recommend this unit to all persons who need a very complete generator.

WGen9500df was delivered on may 10 2022 connected battery plug per instruction unit will not start. Tested inline fuse all checked out OK still won’t start after I contact tech support will see is unit starts waiting for 9am eastern time for office hours
