This is a beast of a generator, but capable of powering our whole house. It is quieter than most 6000-8000W generators. It is easy to move around. I have put it through 1 hurricane and 1 ice storm so far with flawless results. Love the remote and push button start!

I ordered the generator three and a half weeks ago. Just got it today. Everything looks good, haven’t put the oil in it yet Looks like a quality built unit . Had a little oil on the box and frame, probably from when the original oil was drained. I am excited about getting it running, but it is a rainstorm today

I ordered through “The Build Club” located in Los Angeles. They had the best pricing and it was shipped directly to my driveway and the delivery guy helped me bring it to my backyard. It’s heavy without the wheels. The unit looks clean and sharp! Really easy to install the wheels and rubber feet. I’m looking forward to testing it out once I review the manual! Will update more later!

I bought a month ago for Francine. Thankfully did not have to use. I did hook it up and do a trial run and had no issues at all. Cranked right up with remote control, had 3 refrigerators on and lights, could not even tell there was a load on it. I believe it is going to be a great generator for my needs.

I recently purchased this generator as a back up power source during outages. This generator is well built and is a quality product. The dual fuel option is great, and when operating it on propane, there are no worries about stabilizing the fuel. This is powerful, and doesn't bog down under load. I would highly recommend this product.

I bought this in August in anticipation of winter with our country's overloaded electrical grid. I could not be more pleased with the power, features and adaptability. No need for a very expensive whole-home generator when you hook this up to a transfer switch!

This generator is big enough to power my entire house. Love the remote start feature along with the push button start. Installed wheels, added oil and gas, pushed remote start and it started right up. No longer need to pull a cord to start. So much easier.

I picked up my Westinghouse WGen 12500/9500 yesterday from Family Farm And Home. After unboxing, it was very simple to put together. After adding oil and midgrade gas, turned fuel shutoff to open, pushed the start button and it started immediately. Ran it for 5 hours, then changed the oil as recommended by Westinghouse. Now I'm waiting for the power to go out. I know quite a few people that have this same generator and us it for home backup and love it. It will run their whole home with no problem.

Purchases this generator and fresh out of the box, does not start, oil provided with unit not sufficient per manufacture’s recommended amount, add additional qt quart to make recommended amount correct. Now waiting for customer service to respond. Pulled rope, remote, or push start not powering up machine. Have to trouble shoot and use Manuel to figure out why units not starting. Spent a lot of money on this dual gas/propane’s powers unit. Extremely disappointed in this purchase

We bought a generator because we live on the coast and hurricanes are becoming more frequent. It arrived on time. It started up right away. The key fob also worked the first time and it will be so convenient when/if we ever have to use it!!! Love so far
